I have now hired him on two separate occasions for plumbing repairs and he answered the phone promptly; responded quickly to my needs and fixed the issues with such professionalism. He knows his craft and he is such a great gracious guy. One heck of a gentleman. He repaired the plumbing issues quickly and his pricing is very, very reasonable and fair. The brass ball shutoff valve for the main water entry line on the exterior of my home had a slow leak in it. Ben Hacker at Synergy Plumbing came highly recommended to me from a trusted source. I felt this was a fairly complex issue and I wanted someone who could handle the job and would do the work correctly. I contacted Ben to evaluate and make necessary repairs. He and his associate arrived on time and completed the work within the estimated time frame he gave me. Ben is very knowledgeable, professional and easy to do business with. We recently had a leak in our old galvanized water piping and it was apparent more leaks were inevitable. We contracted Synergy Plumbing to replace all the pipes and couldn't be happier with the outcome. Ben and his crew did professional work at a fair price. He also installed a water filtration system that was a difficult task due to its size and placement. Ben did a great job installing the unit and we are very happy with the set up. Ben with Synergy Plumbing was extremely responsive when we had a hot water heater go out. Do to the location of the heater he suggested a tankless unit and we are not sorry.He also is handling the annual filtration of the tankless unit.Two weeks later we had our second water heater and he came out right away to replace that one also.

Synergy team was quick to come out and help me when I needed them. Price was better than others I checked with. Came out when they said they would, and had my repair done in no time. Will use again with no hesitation. Good people.

They came out same day and were the only plumber that answered the phone. They removed an old built in natural gas grill and capped the gas line at the meter. They took time to show me exactly what would be done and walked me through after it was completed. They reset the pilots in fireplace and water heater. Very professional, friendly and efficient.
