Alright. This is long, however, I gotta share the full story.I called this company because my water heater wasn’t working. They sent someone pretty much as fast as possible and immediately diagnosed the issue. The guy that came out, his name is Scott. He gave me a very detailed explanation as to why an 18 years old WH was no longer gonna cut it.So he gave me a quote, explained the charges (pretty much itemized it) and sent me a, IMHO, very low diagnosis fee.I did end up with 3 other quotes, two from a franchise plumbing co and the other was a friend of a family member. Two came out higher and one lower than Cooper Plumbing. I was sold with the conversation with Scott. So I spoke to my wife and we decided let’s do it.Today, I called Cooper Plumbing and spoke to Jeremiah to ask a couple more questions. He answered them very thoroughly and reassured me of our decision. I didn’t feel like he needed to “sell” me their services. He just gave me the facts and was honest about the work. We set up the appointment for today and Scott and DJ show up right on time with everything in hand ready to go.Performed the work in 2 hr and 38 mins… everything was done cleanly and efficiently. We had a great conversation, DJ deserves a raise for being hysterical and putting up with my pestering.Now I’d like to give it up to Scott. This young man handled his job like a professional. He basically gave me a college level training and explanation on all the work he did and how he did it. Absolutely amazing dude.If you can’t tell, these are the dudes you wanna come work on your plumbing. They get the work done.Thanks for coming to my TED talk.

William responded promptly and took total control of our situation. He was very professional and work very diligently to finish the problem. We had to change out our hot water heater in the attic and William was in and out in a very short time considering. I would recommend this company for all problems.

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with Texas Plumbing. I contacted them because I was needing a licensed plumber to do a gas inspection before centerpoint could turn on the gas to the house. At first contact Nathan was great, very responsive and quickly got me on the schedule for the next morning at 9am.I scheduled someone to be at the house from then on. They did not show up until 1PM. They never called me letting me know they would be delayed. I had to call several times to get an update on what the plan was. Nathan apologized and said he'd work with us on the pricing, which never happened.While they were there we asked if they could look at why 2 of my plumbing fixtures were not working. The gentleman let me know the diverters were bad and would need replacement. I approved them to continue with the fix, and after the work was done, turns out that wasn't the issue but rather a simple fix that required no parts or much effort. I discussed this issue with Nathan to express my frustration of how I could have potentially saved $300 (the cost to replace the diverters, which only $80 of it was for parts), and he said he'd talk to his technician and would get back to me on the situation. He never did, but were quick to send me an invoice.The story goes on and on, but the point is the communication was awful. I work for a reputable residential/commercial builder and have been exposed to terrible subcontractors, but you just never get used to how unprofessional some of them are. I wish I would have just pulled off my plumber from one of my jobs and had him do me this solid rather than seeking for someone else.

They work hard for 2 days and got the job done. I’m very happy with their customer service and professionalism. Very happy to recommend them.

The repair technician, Forrest Rice, was at my house 30 minutes after I called Abacus with my clogged garbage disposal drain issue. He quickly identified the issue, offered a couple of options, and had the drain running clear very quickly.

TDT saved us thousands of dollars. We had them come in to give us a second opinion. They gave our drains the ok. The first plumbing company said we had a broken drain. TDT showed us the video and even located the direction and location of the drains. Michah & Curtis Came out.

As a Maintenance Manager for a property management company, I use plumbers quite often. Gilbert W/Aarons has been my go to for a few years now. He is very available, knowledgeable, and able to meet our needs as a company. I recommend him for all your plumbing request!

Casey and Christian came for my scheduled maintenance check. They were professional, polite and patiently explained what needed to be done then took care of it without leaving a mess.

When we first called they were very quick to respond indeed. They guy showed up in less than 30 minutes. But he didn’t have the part needed to complete the work so he capped off the line so we could @ least get our water back on for the weekend. He promised to return back on Tuesday as we had arranged, but come Tuesday around noon, nobody was still here @ the house. I finally left for a about an hour and did some brief errands and called my husband @ work to see if he had heard from Will and he told me that he had finally gotten ahold of him after he (my husband) had to call him to find out why he hadn’t shown up. will explained that he had to have emergency dental work and wanted to reschedule for the next day when he already knew I wouldn’t be available so he skied if we could do it on Thursday. My husband informed him that he would speak to me and get back w/ him immediately. After confirming w/ me that Thursday would be ok, my husband tried calling Will back several times and even left him a text message. We finally had to call the office later that evening after my husband returned home to speak w/ someone there about getting someone to come and finish the work will didn’t complete. It was only a short time later after speaking w/ his office and getting it arrranged for Thursday morning that will then responded back and acted like we the customer had nothing to be upset about. He talked down to both me and my husband like we didn’t even matter. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone. They will respond very quickly but will make an excuse not to finish and then have to come back @ a later date and if they actually show up it will be a miracle of God. Very poor customer service and they do not quote you a price. The first visit was $127 for the service call and another $524.50 for the emergency repairs just to cap off 2 1/2 inch lines. About $350 of that was for 5 minutes of work for him to remove 3 tiles around the valve to get to it which he could not get out with his dremmel tool so he took a hammer and smashed them to remove them. A little patience and that would not have been necessary in my opinion. My husband decided to go over to their office on Wednesday and speak w/ the manager or owner and was told that he could leave a voicemail. He asked if the manager was in the building and couldn’t get an answer from the woman so he left a voicemail. He never received a call back from Kim the manager so he decided to go down to the office and found Kim there . He asked to speak w/ the owner and was told he was in a meeting. He told Kim he was dissatisfied w/ Will and and how he had responded to us over the phone about lying to us when he didn’t show up for the scheduled appointment. She informed us that she had spoken to Will and that he had told her that my husband and I were both drunk when he showed up and he felt like it was a hostile environment! Not hardly Will! I don’t drink and very seldom does my husband, only on certain occasions... holidays, birthdays and social gatherings. This was not one of those occasions. But nonetheless, we didn’t want Will back out to our home after his poor attitude and sloppy workmanship. He even made a statement about how he used to work for John Moore. Now we know why he doesn’t anymore. He probably wouldn’t show up for work and actually expected them to be understanding.

Great job. Did the work after sunset and was very attentive. They also didnt charge me for the big machine service. After the work they test the drain several times to make sure the line were clear of any debris.

I had seen (hot) water on the floor near my hot water tank. The plumber came and did a thorough inspection and found nothing needed repair. I appreciate his honesty!
