Jason was excellent he did a fantastic job. He was very pleasant. I got a call a half hr before he arrived and was in good time. He fixed our toilet which has been making a hissing sound for the last few weeks and sorted out our taps that were loose. Village Plumbing are very lucky to have Jason as an employee. If I ever have a problem again I will ask for him personally to come out. Thanks again Jason You are the best. Very happy customer.

I recently hired Nick's plumbing to replace a shower valve in my master bath. Due to an unexpected problem with the installation the job had to be redone. After reviewing the details of the problem the management at Nick's Plumbing determined that the issue was their fault and they corrected the problem at no additional expense to me. This is one of the very few companies that I I have had experiences with who took ownership of the problem and fixed it without getting defensive or pointing fingers at other people involved. That speaks volumes about their honesty and integrity in my opinion. I found their price to be competitive. I have recommended them to a hand full of colleagues and neighbors so far and will continue to do so. I will definitely call them with my next plumbing job. The only reason for the 4 stars is due to more than one scheduling conflict with the job that caused me to waste too much time waiting for the plumber to arrive only to be given short notice that they had to reschedule. This can be easily corrected in the future with better communication by phone.

Was double what I could afford... BUT I didn’t find out till AFTER it was repaired.... not a good business PRACTICE!! ???

On time and highly professional. They deserve 5 stars except for this:I was quoted a $65.00 service call fee. No problem, come out and tell me what's wrong.The plumbers arrive, assessed the situation (slow draining kitchen sink), and quoted me a price. They were unable to unclog the drain (most likely a collapsed pipe) but still charge me $310 for the service.Now, I certainly understand getting paid for doing a job, but fully charging for incomplete work seems wrong. For this reason the company earns just 3 stars.

I had a clogged toilet and other businesses couldn't fit me in for 2 weeks. Roto-rooter scheduled me in for 2 days from my call. They came a little late but called very early on to let me know they were running behind. Fernando was my technician. He was very friendly and thoroughly explained the possible problems, solutions, and cost before doing anything. Luckily it was just a clog and he was finished very quickly. He also wore a mask and socially distanced when able, which I appreciated. He was also clean and careful to not leave a mess or causes scratches. He was very informative and gave me some good tips about avoiding future issues due to the type of toilet in my home. The cost was reasonable especially after an online coupon. I definitely recommend and will use them again if I run into another plumbing emergency.

This is the second time we have used Abacus and both times we have been very impressed by the electrician's knowledge, professionalism, and courtesy. Their prices are reasonable as well. Although they don't give you a morning or afternoon time frame for arrival, they do call about an hour before they will be at your home. We will continue to use this company because we trust them. A rare commodity in today's market.

I contacted them, pre-covid-19, to assist me with a residential home bathroom (update plumbing) and to relocate kitchen from one location to another (piping of new location of kitchen). I was informed that everything was complete and I could proceed with my renovation of the home. However, Covid-19 came along and I had to stop all construction at the home. After a year later, I started with the renovations once again. The city of Houston permitting informed me that the scope of the work being done needs to be permitted. I pleaded with Santiago Plumbing to please assist me with this task since I was falsely informed that the permits for rough inspection were completed. I have 3 months waiting for a response from them. I regret doing business with them. I was misinformed on the idea that they had done the permits and completed the job.
