After the Texas freeze storm of 2021, we needed to have our home totally re-piped. We obtained a few quotes from other local companies but eventually decided to go with Bluefrog Plumbing + Drainage of West Houston. The ladies at the office who were the first point of contact were awesome and amazingly friendly.CJ and his crew came out to survey the house and started the job soon after evaluating the job and providing a reasonable quote for what it cost to do the job. By midday, the whole house was completely re-piped in a very excellent and professional manner. I have had to use Bluefrog a few times since then for other jobs. I recommend Bluefrog Plumbing + Drain of West Houston for all your plumbing needs. Ask for CJ by name. He is a decent man and knows his job.

A++++++++++Our home warranty company scheduled their plumber to come out for an emergency overflowing toilets and shower. They never showed. Richard with bluefrog plumbing went totally out of his way to take care of my problem on extremely short notice. Frustrated with busted pipes and no water from the freeze, on multiple plumber wait lists for two weeks I called Texas Plumbing Friday the 26th of February at 12:30 and they were here at 1:00pm and worked tirelessly until 8:30 fixing all 8 pipe leaks. Came back this morning to pressure test for leaks and wrap things up. James with Texas Plumbing - THANKS! They were: courteous, thorough, professional with customer in mind, great clean up and good follow up.

Ben with Texas Premier Plumbing was punctual and quick to respond to my call. He saw that I was handy so he worked with me to diagnose the problem. With his help I realized it was a simple fix (a drain clog) and so decided to fix it myself. Ben didn't have a problem with that, charging me just for the service call. Very satisfied, and I'll call these guys again if I need a plumber.

Hector and team came out to fix a few miscellaneous things from a home inspection. He was very responsive and they always call or text regarding their ETA.All the work was done properly and tested and their invoice included pictures of the work and even some before/after photos where necessary.Best of all, they're respectful of property and wear shoe coverings inside (and they remove them outside! It's pointless to wear them outside AND inside the house) and clean up after themselves.

Emilio, as promised, here is my review.Long story short: Kitchen plumbing failed on me, I couldn't get it unclogged, couldn't run the dish washer, I tried chemicals and, snake line but nothing worked, made a mess of the wood floor and pissed off the wife with my poor attempt at plumbing. I went online and googled plumbers, with good reviews (I have been burned in the past so now I try to make sure there are enough good reviews before I let someone into my house), near my zip code and quickly found Emilio's Get It Done Plumbing service. In less than 5 minutes I was able to explain to him my problem, he was quick to provide a possible diagnostics and quick to make time to stop by and fix the problem the next day.
