The technician Bobby Adams, was polite, knowledgeable, and came prepared with equipment & spares so we were back up and running much sooner than I expected. Repair options and cost impacts were all clearly explained ahead of time, and work was performed professionally. Highly recommend.

Did a great job with tub/shower replacement faucet and stalled water in tub and sinks. Put a lot of time and effort and explained all the cost involved in my repairs. Although the cost was more then I anticipated it was so worth the final product and service I received from Jeremiah...super professional, friendly and transparent..much appreciated.

Water Heater Replacement

I called Roto-Rooter for my bath tub spout that had come off and they sent the best plumber i have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He was clean and quick. If I ever nee to call a Plumber again I will ask for him by name Mike Harris #2627 dude you rock.

At midnight of the second night of Winter Storm Uri (day 2 of no power or heat), I awoke to dripping on my face. Mere seconds after I moved my bed away from the dripping, half the ceiling in the room collapsed onto the floor. The dripping was now a firehose, flooding my house. Frantically, I pulled up All American Plumbing in my contacts and dialed the number and prayed, even knowing it was impossible anyone would be answering this late. Richard answered; he had been up since the early morning running from emergency to emergency, and had just gotten off a job. He was over in minutes and had everything stopped in under a minute. After he got everything in order, he came back a week later to replace all the damaged piping--when nobody in Texas had plumbing supplies, he sent for them from Arizona.He wasn't running from emergency to emergency 24/7 those 2 weeks because he needed the money, he did it because he knew how many people were relying on him to save their houses and couldn't let them down.

I set up a service for GT Plumbing to come out check my toilet which wasn’t flushing an change the cartridge in my shower when he arrived checked my toilet I worked just fine after a couple of flushes then went to the shower checked said it needed a cartridge now at this time is when he was supposed to Quote a price that we agree to so he went got cartridge installed an charged $285 BEWARE ASK QUESTIONS when I called the man Secretary wasn’t trying to help me better understand how a call out for a shower cartridge came to $285

Anthony was wonderful! I was impressed with him both professionally and personally. He performed a furnace inspection, took pictures as he went to show me, made recommendations for repairs and explained the benefits of twice yearly inspections and how signing up in advance will give me a discount on any work done with Mission. I will request him when I have my AC inspected in the spring.
