Ron and Gilbert from Nick's Plumbing & Sewer Services were efficient and knowledgeable about installing my new water heater. They called first and showed up at the time specified. If I could rate this company less than a one star, I would. A major disappointment! Always arrived more than an hour or two late for scheduled appointments. Will state the problem and tell you how they will solve the problem; However will present an online bill that charges something totally different (be aware of the bait and switch trick). And finally, they charged my credit card TWICE without my consent for different amounts of money. I am in the process of filing charges with the attorney general's office. Next time do business with the plumbers that have been in Houston for more than 10 years. These are the honest guys.

Good: aggressive price, prompt service.Not good: left their dirty hose sitting in my upstairs hall and the bathtub with dirty water. But most important, they couldn't get the water heater electric cord plugged in (outlet was full) so they simply left with the water heater unplugged and never told anyone.

Brandon and his team are excellent. I needed to replace my water heater, and I didn't consider calling anyone else to do the work. Emily kept me updated throughout the process, which I really appreciated. Eric, who I met for the first time, did top-notch work and was very friendly and professional. Finally, Brandon gave me pricing that was about 30% lower than I expected. Overall, I will never go anywhere else for any plumbing or gas needs.

These guys are AMAZING. So professional, really fast and really nice. They came the SAME day, on time, and called when on their way. We have already used them twice for different services and we have been so well taken care of each time. AND they gave us a better price than other people we called. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Great company! They were very responsive by phone & email and flexible in scheduling our job right after new year's. Lindell Francis, who did the plumbing work on our house, was very professional and personable. He even took the time to advise my husband on what fitting to buy for our new fridge when the delivery drivers showed up with one that didn't fit. We are very happy with the work he did on our house and will call All Around Plumbing if we need more work done in the future.Came back to update this: we had a clog in our main sewer line after hours rendering our plumbing unusable and Lindell came out within the hour to fix it. He took the time to explain things and was very kind about having to come out after hours.

Hector is the best! He has done several jobs for me from repairing pipes and gas lines to installing faucets and repairing water heaters. He's always very professional, does great work and is reasonably priced. I'm a realtor and have referred him to multiple people already and will continue to do so!

Isaiah was friendly, fast, on time. I would highly recommend Abacus Plumbing. Called Abacus at 12:40 am. Arrived at 1:48 am. And we had a flushing toilet by 2:15 am!!

Super friendly staff and great customer service

He (Mike the owner) did not honor the price quoted and charged 3 times more. His crew (Ken) did mistakes and it did not pass the inspection and they had to redo and charged me for their errors. Unreliable provider, the contractor I had which they worked for, after that they removed them from their list because this and other incidents. Quoted $405 and charged $1250, because the redo 2 times for failing inspections for the service they did. Beware, they are plenty of excuses. Just decided to pay to get get them out of my house as soon as possible.
