$612 to replace a Wax ring on toilet! AND $1500 to replace a toilet which doesn't need replacing! Tech was more intent on price than quality! Village Plumbing should be ashamed of themselves for trying to screw homeowners!

Frustrated with busted pipes and no water from the freeze, on multiple plumber wait lists for two weeks I called Texas Plumbing Friday the 26th of February at 12:30 and they were here at 1:00pm and worked tirelessly until 8:30 fixing all 8 pipe leaks. Came back this morning to pressure test for leaks and wrap things up. James with Texas Plumbing - THANKS! They were: courteous, thorough, professional with customer in mind, great clean up and good follow up.

I couldn't be happier with Acacias. Hector came out quickly after being called for a leak somewhere in my yard and did a large amount or probing to narrow down the leak. Turns out to have been a heck of a time, with pipes on top of pipes, all under a french drain making the repair very hard to get to the damaged portion of the pipes. I felt bad at all of the unexpected surprises and told Hector he should feel free to charge me more or whatever is fair for the additional unexpected complications - to which he refused and said he would stick to his word. I couldn't be happier at the service and Hector himself was a pleasure to deal with, very friendly, honest, and kept me up to date with his timing, arrival and findings - he was also very welcoming to allow me to hover around and ask questions. Highly recommend him.

Douglas Palacios arrived as promised to diagnose the electrical issue in our kitchen. He found out our dishwasher and garbage disposal have been causing the circuit breaker to trip off sockets in the kitchen. Douglas was very friendly, professional, and technically knowledgeable. FINISHED IN ONLY 5 HOURS. WHEN THEY LEFT, THE AREA WAS TOTALLY CLEANED UP. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TDT FOR PLUMBING REPAIRS.

The company has no showed me 3 times in 3 consecutive days. Recommended to me by our realtor and I have spoken with the owner (Mike), his son and Ken (service manager). Beware! They have every excuse in the book - not in database, new receptionist, bad scheduling, miscommunication.
