Roel Flores was super knowledgeable and went the extra mile to ensure our system was operating as best it can, given its age. He shared several tips that were very much appreciated.

Started out with a very courteous individual on the phone who answered my call immediately and got me scheduled for next day service. The plumber and his assistant showed up on time and were great. They listened to me describe the issue and then posed a couple things that could be causing my leak. They were very clear in explaining what they were going to do, how they were going to do it, and how much it would cost. They identified the source of the leak and were able to fix it on the spot. Lastly, they cleaned up the area and moved things back to where they were before they got there. I would definitely work with Nick's again and would recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing service.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Reasonably priced and professionally staffed.Called Roto-Rooter this morning because we had a slow draining Kitchen sink. Over the counter remideis were not effective. The operator said that some one could be out later in the day to take a look at our issue. Appointment was scheduled for 6:00pm. Their dispatch office called multiple times to see if I was available a couple hours early, but unfortunately I was not (it was nice of them to try to get to us earlier). The service technician that showed up was Sebastian. He was very courteous and professional with his assessment of what our issue was. He quoted a fair price for the work performed and was great at answering all the questions we had. After he resolved our drainage issue, Sebastian explained some preventative maintenance that we could do to not come across this problem again.

He was great! He was early in the window of time, very professional and sweet. Cleared our drain and offered other services and opinions. We will certainly call again if we have plumbing needs!

Eric is AMAZING! He installed 2 toilets a few months ago and today he installed a NEW kitchen sink faucet and fixed the motor for our disposal.Such terrific service. Safe, fast, reliable and transparent service. A MILLION thumbs up!

I had a really bad leak in my pantry and Alex and George explained everything to me and what they were going to do to fix the issue. They also fixed the flapper in my upstairs restroom. They were very kind and pleasant. I will definitely be using this company in the future.

I'm so glad I called Houston Plumbing Service. After bad service with another plumbing company I noticed a leak in our backyard. I searched Google for a local company with good reviews. I used their online service request form and they called to see how they could help. We we're able to get a quote with options by sharing some photos of the leak virtually. It wasn't an emergency to me but they were able to fit us in sooner than I expected. In less than two hours they removed an old water softener and patched the pipe. They even wrapped it and installed an extra emergency shut off for me. They wore ppe and followed covid protocols which was important for me. Their customer service is better than I've ever experienced, very friendly and comforting. All my service options were reasonably priced, less than I expected. I will definitely be using their services in the future and I wish all repair companies followed their standard of service. They are really the best.

Micah and Jack came out within a couple hours of calling the office and worked quickly to clean out a blockage from our sewer line. They also confirmed the other lines under the house and to the CoH main line were clear. Very pleased with the courteous service.
