Best Main Water Line Repair in Houston TX

Village Plumbing came out and fixed a broken pipe this morning. I had been without water all week due to the winter storm and they were the only company to respond to my messages. Excellent work and very professional crew! Highly recommend.

They were good, quick easy fix for them as all I needed was my toilet flush valve replaced. They fixed it in under 30 minutes and charged me $240. Was even more but he took $25. off. Only reason I didn't replace it myself was my tools were stolen a week before it broke. I needed it fixed so had to pay it or pay them $50. just for coming out and giving me a quote. Very quick but way too expensive, even if the parts cost $40. they charged me $200. for 30 minutes of work. I will never call them again for anything charging those kind of rates.

I called Nicks Plumbing for service. They sent their employee, Charlie. Charlie was very efficient and knowledgeable. He was very pleasant and took time to explain things to me. I hope I don’t have plumbing problems again, however, if I do, I will call Nick’s Plumbing again and ask for Charlie. Excellent service. Thank you.

GEI was great at not only getting someone out same day, but also in cutting the cost of what would’ve been a major repair! I hesitated calling a second plumber after receiving a $3000 quote for an outside water leak, however, my instincts told me otherwise. I called GEI and they came out same day, while also cuting down the cost almost 80%. The guys that came out pointed out the leak immediately and got to work, correcting the issue same day!

Frustrated with busted pipes and no water from the freeze, on multiple plumber wait lists for two weeks I called Texas Plumbing Friday the 26th of February at 12:30 and they were here at 1:00pm and worked tirelessly until 8:30 fixing all 8 pipe leaks. Came back this morning to pressure test for leaks and wrap things up. James with Texas Plumbing - THANKS! Christian Jordan was my main contact during our sewer line connection repair. He carefully explained exactly what and when the repairs would took place which I appreciated. The excavation and repair crew arrived on time and completed the job in a professional manner. After the repair was completed Christian followed up with an in-line camera review. I can’t say enough about Lucky’s Plumbing! They’ve installed several fixtures for me, replaced valves, pipes, etc. They’re 100% reliable and answer the phone every time I call.I actually even had an emergency situation one evening where the valve to the water main to my entire house broke in the off position, and Lucky’s Plumbing was there within the hour to repair it.

The reviews are accurate. I have never been more pleased with a service. We had our whole house re-plumbed by Hugo Plumbing. They are professional, responsive and reasonably priced. In addition to re-plumbing, we also had them move our gas line. They were also able to come out same day for a separate issue we had with our toilet. I highly recommend this business.

The technician, Stephen, was very professional and kind. He diagnosed the problem before fixing it. He explain the procedure thoroughly and the options to fix the issue. He thoroughly cleaned the clogged pipe and made sure the job is done properly. He clean the area after his work. I would highly recommend Abacus.

I recently moved into a 65 year old home that had the original galvanized pipes. Houston Plumbing Services did a re-pipe of the house, replacing every inch of piping throughout the house and I'm beyond happy with their work. Not only did they do great work, but they did so with a lot of attention to minimizing any damage to the house, such as cutting into walls to access fixtures. The biggest example is getting to the kitchen without tearing up any counter or backsplash.To explain, I had another company (the one that advertises constantly on TV with the CEO...you know who I mean) quote for the job and they instantly talked about ripping apart my granite countertop and tile backsplash because they didn't see any other way to get to the faucet and dishwasher. But in the same breath told me they offered services to rebuild my kitchen. When Leonard from Houston Plumbing looked, he just said it would be easy enough to come down the end of the wall and run the PEX over to the faucet. No demolition, nothing to repair other than two little holes in the drywall where he pulled the PEX through. That was thousands of dollars of repairs avoided.Speaking of dollars, HPS was completely fair in their pricing, unlike that other company that obviously was preying on people who either just don't know better or aren't bothering to do due diligence and get multiple quotes. They were more than double the price, plus wanted to tear out my kitchen so that they could gouge me for rebuilding it afterwards. I had called a third large plumbing company (the one whose name is an ancient calculator) but they literally just didn't show up for the appointment they set up.So in the end, Houston Plumbing Services did great work at a fair price. What else can you ask for? I've recommend them to several people already, and I highly recommend them to whoever is reading this review.

I didn't do service with them but a company that doesn't go out to your house and see for themselves the situation and instead asks you to take pictures of your water heater to send to them.... that seems lazy to me and untrustworthy. They seemed nice though ?‍♀️
