Water Heater Replacement

Extremely impressed!!! At 9 pm I made an appointment for a plugged drain line by computer for the next day and within 20 minutes they replied back by e-mail giving me a 4 hour window and stated I would be notified approximately 30 minutes before the tech would arrive. The next day I received a call notifying me a tech would soon be there, and he was!Sebastian Rodriquez immediately surveyed the problem and began work immediately. He was courteous, professional and worked diligently to get the drain unplugged. The drain is now open and clear and Sebastian gave me some tips to help alleviate any future problems.On top of this, they warranty their work for six months. There was a coupon on their website that saved me $40 on the service call as well.I couldn't have hoped for much better service than this.

We had a terrible grinder pump issue where a PVC coupling came apart and the neighborhood pressurized sewage was free flowing back into our yard and our neighbor's yard. I called M & M and they fit me into their first available appointment. The crew came out, fixed my coupling, replaced a defective backflow preventer, and made sure the system was working properly. Since most plumbers don't like to work on grinder pump systems, it was very nice to have a company that knew what to do. I would also like to recognize Amy Kettle who was excellent at customer service and making sure we were satisfied with the work performed. I would highly recommend M & M for you plumbing needs.

Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.

Thank you so much for your help snaking our kitchen sink and the guidance on our plumbing.We called OneCall about our AC temp being out of control and Rob came out within 2 hours for us!!! He is very courteous, helpful, and explains everything to us so we understand what’s going on. Rob looked at all our vents and went into the attic to help solve our AC problem.I highly recommend OneCall for your AC needs they will keep you cool in this Houston heat!!

Nick did a great job communicating to me what he was doing and he made sure to get my permission before starting on the fix. He was friendly, professional, and trustworthy and my problem is now fixed. The price seemed a little high but I realize that he is part of a bigger company with higher overhead.
