So overpriced! I paid $599 for a new kitchen disposal. I thought that it must be some great 3/4 hp disposal. I checked later and discovered that the disposal costs $130 at Home Depot. So, $470 for a house call and a 20 minute installation - outrageous. I actually called Blue Frog the next day because I thought it must have been a mistake. No, they said that was their price for that item. Shameful

They were incredibly responsive - I reported a leak on their website at 9pm Friday night. They called at 8:30 AM Saturday morning. They came, they saw, they fixed an urgent problem. 5 Stars for being responsive professionals. Quality of work has held up fine as well.Used them again for another leak; same prompt work was given, fair price, and work is guaranteed.

My technician Ramses went the extra mile with our toilet repairs. He took the time to see what each issue was and explained in detail the way I could understand with my limited knowledge of plumbing. I recently had my foundation lifted and with that had possible plumbing issues within my slab. I work in residential construction and my plumber(Linc Plumbing) recommended their sister company Redfin to assist. They came out the next day and were extremely professional, thorough, and knowledgeable about all of the possible issues I could have. After the inspection, the technician gave an honest opinion on what to do moving forward. I have dealt with a lot of plumbers, Linc plumbing and Redfin plumbing are by far the best in the industry. I highly recommend them.

It appeared to me that his main focus was to please the insurance company to get more business. The technician perhaps had a misunderstanding but based on his misreporting the insurance declined our claim.We had a leak under the kitchen sink, the technician asked if we tried to fix ourselves. My wife responded that my husband had a look but not sure what he did. The technician reported to the insurance company that owners missed a rubber seal while trying to fix the problem themselves. Whereas the fact is that we have never opened or did anything with the plumbing since the house was bought. The insurance company (American Home Shield, stay away) then called us to inform that our claim was denied because we tempered with the original plumbing.Hate to write this but it went so obviously wrong that I could not stop. He may be a good technician if the insurance is not involved; good luck.

Had previously given this company a 5 star rating. This week, we have had them out to replace our external electric box, update our internal box to current codes.After this, we found out we needed to replace our entire A/C system. They came out the next day, then left without finishing the work (we found this out when the new A/C stopped working the next day and one of their techs informed us that it was not complete).They also told me they would schedule someone to come the next day and re-install our attic stairs (this wasn't scheduled until I spoke to their management on Thursday night). It's currently Friday, the stairs have finally been re-installed (took literally 30 minutes to do). There are exposed wires lying on the ground outside next to our condenser that have been spliced together and covered in taped and I've been getting an endless string of your on the schedule for today, but no ETA after being told the evening before that someone would be out before noon.Update: Have two customer concern escalation tickets logged. We'll see if they get in touch.Update 2: They called and tried to schedule an appointment for Monday. I explained the situation to the scheduler (which was probably my 9th time to explain it to someone) who was very understanding and helpful in escalating it. Someone is now on the way out to the house. This was a horrible experience.Update 3: Finally fixed. I should say ALL the technicians we're excellent. The issue with this company seems to be with the installation crew, a lack of communication in customer service and dispatch, and management (except for Rick who was extremely helpful). Not sure what happened to this company but it'll be a hard road to win back any trust from us.Pictured Below: Electrical safety!
