Had Cooper come in to replace our water heater. These guys were very professional and upfront about all the costs. The work they did was clean and well done. My new go-to for plumbing needs.

We had an unexplained slow dripping leak. Ethan Coker was our technician and he was thorough in his troubleshooting and eliminating possible sources of the problem before having to put a hole in the sheetrock to discover the problem. Once that was done he was able to efficiently and without a lot of mess drain the ceiling of BUCKETS of water before repairing a copper pipe. He was very professional answering a slew of questions without frustration, he performed the repair with care, and he cleaned up (YAY!!!) after he was done. They came quickly at the end of the day even though we didn't know it was actually an emergency. Overall a great experience.

I had Gei plumbing services replacing all the pipes in my house.Job was very clean, the also have a remodeling company so they were able to send someone to close all the cuts in the drywall.Definitely recommending this company.I wanted a clean job and not to need to have a contractor coming after the plumber to complete repairs and with this company I was able to have all done in one stop shop.

Kris and team were life savers and saved me a ton of money. After being told by other contractors that I had a broken drain, bluefrog figured it may be a clog and immediately solved the issue. They were incredibly proficient, professional and gave me honest answers. Will continue to use these guys going forward.

I was getting bids for a water softener system. Very knowledgeable, and knew how and where the system could be installed.
I did not like when he spoke negatively about other companies. I prefer a person sells their product and their company.

Roto-Rooter was the only plumber I called for the water leak above my kitchen. They were prompt to come and analyze the problem. They were very cordial and the lead (Andrew Wilson #1523) told me the pipe had pinhole leaks and that he could repair it but said it probably would happen somewhere else in the future since my house was 40+years old.He temporarily installed a patch without charge and Roto-Rooter sent a team to dry the damage. they then replaced all the water pipe in my home and then repaired all the damage done to them home during the repair. No problems except for the inconvenience while the repairs were being done. Thank you Roto-Rooter.Victor Estes

Abacus came out the Monday right after the 2022 Christmas freeze. My issue was not freeze related but, of course, they were inundated with calls that were. Seth Tyler was very professional in his evaluation, explanation, and manner of repair. This included fielding numerous questions about the situation.
