Jonathon Blanchard came out last minute on a Saturday evening to unclog a drain. He got it done in about 10 minutes and explained to me why my rental snake didn’t work. Very professional very punctual company. Would highly recommend these guys.

The installation of my garbage disposal went well. But they loosened another pipe when putting it in that has caused drastic leakage from my left sink while the right sink is working. The right sink is where the garbage disposal was installed.Then I receive a call from the manager about my review. He says that if I don’t remove my review that he will not send anyone to repair the plumbing issue they caused.However the owner of the business contacted me and had 2 of his employees come to immediately fix the issue. I was grateful for his timeliness and professionalism.

My water bill increased from $80 to $500 in one month. Gabriel Torres of Texas Quality Plumbing came to my house to check for a leak. He found it and corrected it at the meter. He was courteous, on time, efficient and corrected the leak. Thank you for your service

4 visits, holes in 2 walls, and $895 to cap a leaking recirculating line (that we ultimately had to find for them). Late twice and no-showed once. I shudder to think what it would have cost to complete the bubble testing they wanted to do…on a line that would be re-routed anyways…. ?.

Roto-Rooter truly disappointed me. In addition to coming to my home 3 hours late to my home, the technician came in unapologetically, looked under my sink and quoted me a price to replace the hot water hose. It was crazy high and he acted like it was a take it or leave it situation. I decided to leave it. What was actually wrong? The hose just needed to be tightened. What was hurtful was he KNEW that what it was. He looked at it, he is the professional..right? I referred my this company to my parents and this is how you treat a repeat customer? How can you take that much money from someone when all it needed was to be tightened? Honesty goes a long way Roto-Rooter and although you took care of my parents, based on my experience, I can not refer your company to anyone nor will I or my parents do business with you ever again. Please train all of your employees on ethical business practices so that the one apple does not spoil the bunch. A picture of the hose before and after I tightened it will be uploaded.

Ali the technician they sent, was able to identify the place where the pipe broke inside the wall within minutes. Most other companies would have had to tear down the place. He was surgical about his approach and extremely fast.

He went straight to work on our kitchen connection blockage and repaired our dishwasher that had been inoperable for three months after Houston’s Big Freeze. I've used TDT Plumbing previously so I called them when I developed a water leak on one of my outdoor pipes. Left a message for them and received a prompt response. The technician, Julio Luis, was able to come out and fix the problem immediately. Same day service. I also had him come out the next day and upgrade a pipe. Same great service.
