Best Kitchen Plumbing Services in Houston TX

Our pipes burst due to the big freeze from the storm. The day that I called Cooper Plumbing to inquire about their wait time was the same day they were able to secure an appointment for us, and repair all the burst pipes in our home. We were prioritized because we were one of the homes in the neighborhood that did not have running water. Jason made absolutely sure that we had running water before the day was over. 11/10 would recommend. Very organized, excellent communication. Their actions and service make you really feel cared for.

Ok my first experience was very good. It’s hard to find good plumbers but thankfully Zach from Nick’s struck me as very honest and very transparent. He went to great lengths to explain all the possible charges before hand, was very personable, and clearly is an expert. He understood the details of codes, good construction practices and was a good problem solver. He was also very neat and took the time to explain preventative actions we could take to minimize future problems. The only downside is Nick’s rates are pretty high. Nevertheless they will get my next call.

They were courteous, pleasant, thorough, nice to talk to, and did their job very well.

EXTREMELY helpful and high quality service! We were a little skeptical to call a chain plumbing company but it was a Saturday and other companies were going to charge a fortune to make a weekend visit. I have to say, we were pleasantly surprised with our Roto Rooter experience!! Garrett went above and beyond to help us with our problem. From the first time I spoke with him on the phone until the job was done, he answered all of my questions and explained everything to me in great detail. He also worked with us to make sure we received the best deal possible. Garrett even contacted me a few days later to make sure everything was still ok. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter!!

We've used Lucky's Plumbing on several occasions and their service is fantastic! Over multiple visits, Brandon fixed a pipe that was leaking in our attic, repaired an outdoor shut-off valve, unclogged a slow draining kitchen sink, and also gave us a heads-up on things to watch for with our pipes as our house ages. Emily at the office has answers to all the questions, and was very helpful setting up my appointment including excellent communication leading up to their arrival on site. Best plumbers in Katy, I’ve used them all. This was the only company that was able to answer their phone when our water heater started leaking from the ceiling on a Friday night. We actually got to speak with a plumber, not an answering service. The technician nick was very kind and knowledgeable. He calmed my wife down on the phone and instructed us on what to do to prevent further damage. He arrived within 2 hours and gave us a fair quote for repair or replacement, and helped us talk to our home insurance company for water remediation services. From start to finish, nick and his apprentice ben were very professional in our home. I’ll be using them to install my water softener I’ve been wanting.

Technician arrived maskless. I require a mask to gain entry to my home. He left to get a mask. Upon return, I asked if he had shoe protectors before going upstairs. He said no. I asked him to please remove his shoes to protect the carpet. He walked out and said I need to call another plumber. ?

TDT Plumbing subcontraced under a GC I worked for... This plumbing company really goes beyond the call of duty at tines, and are willing to explain complicated situations with such simplicity and clarity that will save you a lot of money.. Highly recommended. ?

This company has done work for our association before and based on those jobs I had been recommending them. BUT....when I needed them for a personal home repair, I was told I couldn't even be scheduled until after I set up an account with a credit card number. After setting up an account with a credit card number, I was told no one could come out until maybe Monday because of all the rain our area had been receiving. I did tell them it was an active leak about 2 gallons in 4-5 minutes. After I hung up, I called Premier Plumbing and the City - both of which sent out people to assess without asking for credit card info. It was not on the City side so Premier went into action the very next morning and they just left after resolving the issue to completion.

Horrible company !! Flooded one of my houses. Did $35,000 damage to it and would not give me his insurance. Put in used parts. Lied to me many times. Had to get the city to revoke his permits. Will probably end up in court with this guy. Stay away - big trouble !!!!

This is the second time I have used/contacted DYZ Plumbing. Everything about the company was professional, from the phone calls to the emails to the in person repair visit. They are courteous and respectful of my time and my home. (Things that a lot of other businesses could learn from them…)The master plumber, who came with a fellow plumber, was top notch. Not only did they bring uninstall the perfect new kitchen faucet, but before they did that, they replaced the old sink valves, which to my surprise were leaking under the cabinet. It could have been a catastrophe!Their professionalism and commitment to doing the full job and taking care of clients is a testament to this business and a relief for customers like me.They have my loyalty and I thank them for a job very well done!

The service man came out at the time that he was supposed to. he was able to sync the thermostat with the outside unit and he showed me how to do this if this AC loses the connection again. I'm giving the service man 5 stars, but as for One Call Houston, I still give them 1 star. I'm still unhappy that they lied to me to get me to to buy this unit. I'm still waiting for the rebate that they promised. So, keep this in mind if they promise a rebate to you. They will lie to you.

I have a home warranty policy and Kintex Plumbing was referred by them. I've had problems with my home warranty before for not covering items, but because previous companies would find some excuse for not wanting to work on the item. The plumber who came to my home from Kintex, Kyle, was honest, detailed, and super efficient. From what I understand the company that came before them just didn't want to do the job, but thankfully Kintex Plumbing was there to help! After a week of struggling with no hot water...I have hot water!
