Jonathon Blanchard came out last minute on a Saturday evening to unclog a drain. He got it done in about 10 minutes and explained to me why my rental snake didn’t work. Very professional very punctual company. Would highly recommend these guys.

I contacted Nick's plumbing via a Google Search and Angie's List. I needed to get a drain unclogged, and I needed to have my Tankless Water Heater serviced, as my previous plumbing service had gone out of business during the ongoing COVOD Pandemic. Nick's Plumbing was highly recommended, and I contacted them via their web chat, explaining my situations. They were able to send a plumber on a day that fit my schedule. Zach was professional, detailed, and through. He inspected and serviced the clogged drainage, and drained our Tankless Water Heater. The sink is now draining, and the rate of hot water flowing has increased, resulting in a stronger current. The cost was reasonable. I highly recommend Nick's Plumbing, and will be a regular customer.

I called Evan and he returned my call immediately and came to fix my leaking toilet on the same day. Evan provided me with an estimate based on his assessment as to the cause of the leakeage on the phone and it turned out he was right and charged me what he said he would. Evan took pride in his work and was professional and efficient. Evan took the time to explain the problem and the price was very reasonable. I'll use him again if I have any problems with plumbing.

We've used Lucky's Plumbing on several occasions and their service is fantastic! Over multiple visits, Brandon fixed a pipe that was leaking in our attic, repaired an outdoor shut-off valve, unclogged a slow draining kitchen sink, and also gave us a heads-up on things to watch for with our pipes as our house ages. Emily at the office has answers to all the questions, and was very helpful setting up my appointment including excellent communication leading up to their arrival on site. Dear owner since your also a liar post the video of me asking for money. I am calling you out on your lies. I want the video to take to the police. You can also talk to the petsmart employee who was helping a customer to their car who saw it all. Very disappointing an owner would lie.This man decided he was not going to pay attention to pedestrians, almost hitting the lady in the picture then opened his door to start shouting at the pedestrians to use a different area to cross as well as calling people obscene names and telling them to go back to their country very unprofessional. I hope anyone reading this sees what kind of employees they have at this company. Many other places with professional employees to choose from.

Hector and team came out to fix a few miscellaneous things from a home inspection. He was very responsive and they always call or text regarding their ETA.All the work was done properly and tested and their invoice included pictures of the work and even some before/after photos where necessary.Best of all, they're respectful of property and wear shoe coverings inside (and they remove them outside! It's pointless to wear them outside AND inside the house) and clean up after themselves.

I have used Brad's Plumbing on several occasions in the last few years. Brad's Plumbing has also done work for the rest of my family. I have used other plumbers in the past and know Brad's prices are fair. I have never had any problems with any work they have performed. They are upfront and have never been to busy to explain the process or reasons for the repairs made. Brad's plumbing is a family run business, with no sales gimmicks or high pressure sales guys.

Leo took my call just after 6 a.m. He and Mario were in my home most of the day investigating and repairing a leak. They worked very professionally and efficiently. I couldn’t recommend them more…they were terrific. I appreciate their work.

I have called 3 different times and every time is its a run around. The first two times I called to get someone to come out they told me they would call me back and never did. Good thing I called around. The funny thing is my company is right across the street from them. Today I call because we need a leak fixed and yet again got the run around. They told me since I don't have an account with them they can't send anyone out, until I set an account up with them. I was never told the first two times that I needed an account to get serviced. So, I was put on hold then I reached an assistant and she asked me who I was waiting for, I then told her accounting (Which they were not in the office at the time I called). I expressed how unsatisfied on there service and I was ready to look else where. she told me to hold on and she will get to the bottom of it and get back with me. So yet again i was put on hold for a good minute until she got back on the line. she proceeded to tell me that she spoke to the dispatcher and the accounting lady was back in her office, her name was Kelsey I believe. so i sat on the phone waiting to be transferred to this lady and the call ended. This was a headache just to get service, found someone else and they our on the way and it took less then 5 minutes to get everything set up. i will never call them again. spend your money elsewhere.

Scheduling was rude, but the plumber that contacted me prior to scheduling contacting me was very nice. If it was not for scheduling being rude, then we may have proceeded with their services. This review is based on client interaction and not the work itself.

Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.

Received service from Kintex plumbing in April and do not recommend this company at all. The technician, Ike, spent the entire time he was here on a phone call plugged into his ear, had terrible customer service skills and was rude and condescending. Extremely poor service!
