Ron did a great job replacing my old tankless water heaters with 2 new tankless water heaters. He changed some old piping and improved the layout also. The guy cares about his work and is very detailed and it shows. I called Nicks plumbing because of their good reviews. And now they just earned another great review.OCT 2021 UPDATE: I found I needed some drain pipes corrected from the first job. The company offered to repair the piping for FREE. And I didnt have to ask. The company really stands behind their work. Josh did a great job. Thank you!

From my frantic call to Emily with a broken sewer line to the finished job reviewed today, Lucky's Plumbing fulfilled their promise to provide great work with personalized service. Eric was able to come out within hours to identify the problem, assist me with getting the appropriate 811 clearance and the entire crew did a remarkable job replacing the line. It took a few days and the job site was consistently neat, clean with safety tape by the open areas. I highly recommend Lucky's Plumbing and will be contacting them for all my future plumbing needs (although I am hoping that will not be for awhile!) The plumber that was sent to my home was clean-cut, articulate, and completely professional.. Having said all that, expect a quote that is at least 50% higher than other bids.

Same day service!!!! Called for an estimate and they arrived promptly and with a competitive price. Asked when they could start and was completed the same day. I know this may not always be likely, but I was so impressed and the customer service and workmanship was above par!!! Highly recommend ❤️

My husband and I woke up to a plumbing emergency in our master bathroom one morning. Both of us being disabled and on fixed incomes we needed a honest, quality plumbing company to assess the situation and fix our problem at a fair price. We contacted Houston Plumbing Services and their technician Leonard PAPA came out within a few hours. He accessed the problem and gave us a competitive quote. We accepted the bid an he had the need parts in his truck. He fixed the problem within 30 minutes of accepting the offer. We are extremely impressed with HPS and the quality and professionalism of Mr. Leonard PAPA. We would highly recommend HPS and Leonard PAPA to anyone needing cost effective, quality plumbing services.

If I could rate AAA zero stars I would. They have horrible communication, horrible customer service, and they're very expensive. I work for a large Multifamily & Investment company and a lot of my sister properties use AAA for a lot of work needed on their properties. Now we are all going to Best Plumbing. I have called many of times for over a month and never have received a call back in regards to my issues. Save yourself the high blood pressure and use anyone else but AAA.UPDATE:Two weeks ago I spoke with a supervisor Kenny in regards to invoices I had that I was continuously trying to get resolved. He said he was terribly sorry for my inconvenience and he would have them credit it to my account. Well, today I received another invoice it was the same one I was disputing originally. The accounts payable chick (lenann?) was rude. I then spoke with Chuck who was also snippy. They do not take notes on their end to let the others in the office know that they made changes/adding credits to accounts. Still not a good review. Still haven't changed my mind about these people. Overall unprofessional.Another Update: Based on their response below you can obviously tell their not professional whatsoever. They don't care.

We have used this company several times and are very pleased with the service. They come out quickly and always call before arriving. The prices are reasonable and I feel they are honest and fair. We plan to use them in the future and will recommend them to anyone I know needing plumbing work!

Plumber Tony was great. Found the issue and came well prepared. Left everything clean. Diagnosis was quick and installed a new garbage disposal. Also took the time to explain everything. His helper was also excellent.
