Best Kitchen in Houston TX

They were good, quick easy fix for them as all I needed was my toilet flush valve replaced. They fixed it in under 30 minutes and charged me $240. Was even more but he took $25. off. Only reason I didn't replace it myself was my tools were stolen a week before it broke. I needed it fixed so had to pay it or pay them $50. just for coming out and giving me a quote. Very quick but way too expensive, even if the parts cost $40. they charged me $200. for 30 minutes of work. I will never call them again for anything charging those kind of rates.

Would for sure recommend to anybody!! 69$ for a diagnostic and they were at my home within 2hours! Turned out to be something very minor.The ac tech was so kind and helpful.Showed me a switch I never knew I had.Very professional, courteous, and fast.Will use again for sure.

I had an emergency leak on a Saturday. Gei plumbing services tech came out and saved the day! Not only was he there in 5 minutes after I called but he was so nice and helpful and fixed the problem pretty darn quick! I will definitely be using them for my espresso stand again if any other problem arises.

They arrived promptly and repaired a drain pipe in the crawl space under the house within an hour. The technicians were efficient and explained what they were doing with pictures they took under the house. Overall it was a very positive experience.

We have had Erik ID 1597 previously which is the reason we requested him to take care of the problem we had with our toilet. This young man is very professional, patient and always listens to our needs providing his expertise to resolve the issues on hand. I found them on Angie's List. I need to get the plumbing on my entire home redone and they have a special. They were scheduled to visit my home on Friday, 11/10/17 between 9-12pm. They said they would call 30 minutes before they were on their way. They called me at 12:58pm. Needless to say, I had to reschedule. They were supposed to come again today, 11/15/17 between 12-4pm. It is 4:02pm now and I have not heard from them. I would not recommend this company.Thank you for your response Mike, however it is all about communication. A simple call would have corrected the issue on 11/10/2017. On 11/15/2017, I never received a call from your company. If you tried to call and received no response, why didn’t your company leave a message. I didn’t receive a message because your company has not called. Instead of taking responsibility, you’d rather blame the customer. Again, I would not recommend your company. Your company is not reliable and apparently not trustworthy.

I can't say enough about TDT Plumbing! They were recommended to me by a friend back in June. I had a pretty clogged up toilet and our home insurance wouldn't cover it! Armando and Jacob came out, were there for quite a while. They were both very professional, polite and would answer our questions. They took care of the problem!The toilet started to have a problem again (different problem) right before Christmas and we were going to have guests at our home. I called them late one afternoon and spoke to Vic who assured me that they would take care of it before Christmas. Next day I spoke to Melissa who explained that Micah and Jack were at another job but would be at my house in the afternoon. Micah and Jack fixed our problem and all was well again. Horrible company !! Flooded one of my houses. Did $35,000 damage to it and would not give me his insurance. Put in used parts. Lied to me many times. Had to get the city to revoke his permits. Will probably end up in court with this guy. Stay away - big trouble !!!!

Very unfortunate situation.Plumber came for 60 sec and never picked up the phone. Gave wrong information to the home warranty just because he was in extreme rush.Thankfully I was able to contact another Professional company who came the very next day and fixed the problem within 15 min.Please do yourself a favour and DO NOT use this company. Jose was unprofessional as well as Nora the office manager who was extremely inpatient an disrespectful (all she cared about was the 85$ service call).
