It was a great experience as Geoff and his Assistant Michael new our AC problem, took time to understand my concerns and then worked on resolving the issue. He was upfront with the pricing of the parts and there was no hidden costs. Overall, a great service experience today with Geoff and Michael! Keep up the good work!

Install Kitchen Faucet. We called in GEI Plumbing Services and the job was handled very professionally. I appreciated them letting me know that they were about to arrive and they emailed us a picture of the serviceman as well. Overall, very satisfied and will use them again.

Frustrated with busted pipes and no water from the freeze, on multiple plumber wait lists for two weeks I called Texas Plumbing Friday the 26th of February at 12:30 and they were here at 1:00pm and worked tirelessly until 8:30 fixing all 8 pipe leaks. Came back this morning to pressure test for leaks and wrap things up. James with Texas Plumbing - THANKS! They were: courteous, thorough, professional with customer in mind, great clean up and good follow up.

My review isn't the normal one. I had a toilet on the 3rd floor of my house that wasn't draining properly and the problem kept getting worse to the point almost overflowing. So i called Roto-Rooter to come out around 10pm on a Monday night. I tried these guys because they are 24 hour. So this technician arrives and proceed to use this snaking device to unclog the line. This doesn't work and he says he forgot to bring his camera camera to go into the line to see where the blockage is. So the following night a completely different technician comes out and he has the camera, he goes into the pipe through the sink drain and discovers the blockage right around the floor area of the toilet. He tries to use that snake device again and that fails, so he says he needs this small machine to get the clog removed. And then tells me he doesn't have it on him because he lent it to a friend.. and hasn't gotten it back. So he will return the following night. He also gives me a quote to fix, which i found acceptable. The following night i wait for a few hours only to then find out he is stuck at another job and can't make it, and there is no other technician that can come either. And following day is his day off. That night i find water leaking into my pantry from the ceiling above.(which is where the toilet is.) So i had to shut off the water to avoid any more problems. Next day is Thursday morning and a new technician comes out and he tells me something completely different to fix this and the cost is now doubled. So i have to call in speck to the manager, etc. and get it all straightened out. This technician removes the toilet fixes the clog and reattaches the toilet. At the same time, the manger and a few other gentlemen showed up to make sure everything went right. I appreciate Clyde the technician for fixing it correctly and for his tips, also the managers coming to make sure there were no more issues. I now have fans shooting air at my ceiling to dry it out and hopefully avoid a bigger problem. I try to look at the positive of things but this was a bad experience that I thought could have been handled better, and took some of the top guys to fix. (6 people total) I Didn't get a discount on anything either, they just honored the original guys quote.

The men provided me with repair recommendations and were very professional.

Francisco went above and beyond to ensure our drain was snakes properly, regardless of some challenges he came across that added some significant time to our rather routine job. He also fixed some other minor things under our sink at no additional charge. The price was fair - I will use again

Hector and team came out to fix a few miscellaneous things from a home inspection. He was very responsive and they always call or text regarding their ETA.All the work was done properly and tested and their invoice included pictures of the work and even some before/after photos where necessary.Best of all, they're respectful of property and wear shoe coverings inside (and they remove them outside! It's pointless to wear them outside AND inside the house) and clean up after themselves.

Quick to respond on a late Sunday afternoon. The tech was friendly and efficient. I was expecting a much higher price being that is was a Sunday, but it was very reasonable. Will definitely use again in the future!

I recently moved into a 65 year old home that had the original galvanized pipes. Houston Plumbing Services did a re-pipe of the house, replacing every inch of piping throughout the house and I'm beyond happy with their work. Not only did they do great work, but they did so with a lot of attention to minimizing any damage to the house, such as cutting into walls to access fixtures. The biggest example is getting to the kitchen without tearing up any counter or backsplash.To explain, I had another company (the one that advertises constantly on TV with the CEO...you know who I mean) quote for the job and they instantly talked about ripping apart my granite countertop and tile backsplash because they didn't see any other way to get to the faucet and dishwasher. But in the same breath told me they offered services to rebuild my kitchen. When Leonard from Houston Plumbing looked, he just said it would be easy enough to come down the end of the wall and run the PEX over to the faucet. No demolition, nothing to repair other than two little holes in the drywall where he pulled the PEX through. That was thousands of dollars of repairs avoided.Speaking of dollars, HPS was completely fair in their pricing, unlike that other company that obviously was preying on people who either just don't know better or aren't bothering to do due diligence and get multiple quotes. They were more than double the price, plus wanted to tear out my kitchen so that they could gouge me for rebuilding it afterwards. I had called a third large plumbing company (the one whose name is an ancient calculator) but they literally just didn't show up for the appointment they set up.So in the end, Houston Plumbing Services did great work at a fair price. What else can you ask for? I've recommend them to several people already, and I highly recommend them to whoever is reading this review.
