A call was placed in the AM for a plumber to repair a leak & someone came out before noon. We were given a quote and how long it would take to complete the job. We made a decision on site & work was done professionally in a short amount of time. We have used Nick before and will continue to use their services because they are professional, completes the job timely and does not try to sell other services or products while on the job. I highly recommend Nick if you want professionalism, honesty & the job done right the first time.

We have used GEI Plumbing Services previously for small plumbing repairs, so when I started having major issues with my drain backup I felt confident that he was the right guy to call. He took the time and came out after hours to analyze the problem. The next morning the crew was all hands on taking care of the drain replacement.

Had issues with electrical to septic, we were getting nowhere calling electricians. Called Abacus and received prompt service.Jose Ruiz came out and diagnosed the issue. We had other work that ended up needing to be done. Jose explained everything very well. Electrical work is expensive, yet we feel we received fair value with excellent communication through the process.We will call Josie for all electrical work needed at our house. The moment I called and explained my problem I was put through to a plumber. After a quick explanation I understood and was confident he knew exactly what was going on and scheduled me for a visit in 15 Minutes. If I was impressed with that then I was even more impressed when Mike showed up on time, did a very quick and efficient service on my whole house water filter and was the friendliest guy you could meet. Go with All Tex would be my best recommendation for any plumbing work you want.

They were terrible. Slow to determine unit needed replaced. Scheduled a repair then said they didn’t have the part. Then said insurance would not cover the repairs for a new unit. But they were going to replace a transformer until they found out they stopped making them. Great for the insurance company. They wanted $3400 to replace the unit. I was able to get someone to do it for $1900. I will never use them again. I see why they are the go to provider for the insurance company. They started right away discussing the problems before they even determined the issue. And Fedelity homeowners insurance was the insurance company. I am sure Kintext gets a kickback for finding any issue that will prevent the company from paying out claims.
