Excellent customer experience from start to finish. My initial call was after hours yet I received an immediate phone call to schedule my service. I received both a phone call and text prior to the plumber’s arrival. The text had full name, bio and picture of the plumber. David was able to explain my problem and potential options to resolve my issues. He was informative and polite the entire time in my home. He cleaned up prior to leaving. He did an excellent job and highly recommended him for anyone’s service needs.

It starts with Carrie at their office who is extremely responsive to getting you on the schedule and following up with all repairs. My service provider Brian likable, funny but truly a professional in his knowledge and skill in finding the problem and making the repair.Brian had my unit, which was damaged during the freezing weather due to no power, up and running in no time. Brad and his son, Josh, came out when they said they would and treated my property with great respect and care. They had to trench to replace a 60-year old sewer drain. They had to tunnel under a 7' section of patio and insisted on trying that rather than breaking up the patio. They used cardboard down the full length of the trench to ensure that the dirt did not make mud all over the yard and that all the dirt went back in the hole. When all was said and done, my kitchen sink drained and my yard has a small scar that will heal quickly. Oh, I almost forgot to mention that their price was half what a big company quoted for the same job.

Upon coming home I noticed that my we had a water spot in our ceiling . Went into the attic and saw the water coming from the water heat. Called Abacus , and they sent a representative over within an hour. Jonathan arrived sooner than expected inspected the area and went over the repair and recommendations thoroughly to my wife and I. Jonathan, wad prompt, professional and extremely thoroughly.

Two men came out to fix a leak in my shower they were fast very polite, professional and affordable. I will definitely use them again.

I called them with a list of items, including a new service cut-off valve, water heater installation, and shower repair. The technician that responded handled them all, very well. He kept in contact with me, advising timelines and costs. I will use them again.

Called them to try and get my sink fixed and they were not willing to help me. They said they aren't taking on anymore customers. Will not go back to them again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Totally unprofessional, incapable of coordinating simple tasks and the plumbers proved to be poor communicators who showed no interest in resolving the issue. First, scheduled a service call and had to wait two weeks for approval from the home warranty. Upon return, the new plumber had no idea what the first one did and made a dozen excuses to why the work couldn't be done and how terribly the first plumber did in documenting the request. Also explained a $300 part that I was being charged for outside the $125 service call was unnecessary. These guys are crooks. DO NOT HIRE!
