Absolutely horrible expensive experience with Village Plumbing! They charged $4200 to repair broken pipes that caused extensive damage to my downstairs on October 14th. On November 15th when the contractors were finishing the last 2 days of renovation, another plumbing leak occurred in the kitchen due to failure of Village Plumbing to fix the original issues. Village Plumbing admitted that the first repairs were not done properly and that the supervisor on the original job had been terminated because of his incompetence. They agreed at this time to pay for all expenses for the plumbing repairs and damage to my kitchen, but that did not happen. They made an offer to pay $2500 for damages that totaled $4000- damages caused by their incompetence. So, I am out of $4200 from the original charges and now they want me to absorb another $1500 caused by their incompetence.Do not use this company!

Our pipes burst due to the big freeze from the storm. The day that I called Cooper Plumbing to inquire about their wait time was the same day they were able to secure an appointment for us, and repair all the burst pipes in our home. We were prioritized because we were one of the homes in the neighborhood that did not have running water. Jason made absolutely sure that we had running water before the day was over. 11/10 would recommend. Very organized, excellent communication. Their actions and service make you really feel cared for.

I am so very appreciative of Nicks and especially Jarod Johnson, the professional who came to my home yesterday to help me with clogged drains. Jarod was friendly, efficient, and honest. He presented me with my options and I truly believed he was looking out for his customer's best interest in the way of plumbing issues and not just trying to make his employer as much money as possible. I will definitely use Nicks again and will most definitely be requesting Jarod Johnson!

I have had continuous plumbing problems, specifically sink backing up, which fills up my dishwater, quite a mess. I live in an older home in Lazybrook, so this is to be expected. I emailed Halo Sunday evening, and Halo promptly called me Monday morning at 8:15 am. I mention this because many times I have called plumbers (or other trademen) who never return my call or make an appointment and NEVER even show up. Loren Brusatori, owner of Halo was at home at 9:30 am. I found him to be both professional and knowledgeable. He was very efficient, polite and thorough. He did not try to pressure sell me on other things which I asked him about, I really appreciate this because many times I find tradesmen will do their best to pad their bill. I will MOST DEFINITELY be calling Halo back out to do other more extensive plumbing work, in the next couple of weeks.

Bait and Switch
$63 or it’s free my butt. I had a clogged sink drain and it cost me $325 for them to snake it. Took them about five minutes. Thanks

Had a drain line overflow which caused a backup into my house twice in a 3 hour period on a Sunday at 3am. Called Roto-Rooter and even though we waited 3 hours longer than our 12-3pm window it was well worth the wait when our plumber came. He was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all our questions even the common sense ones. He gave us tips on taking care of the plumbing since we just bought this house 6 months ago. Excellent service all around and would definitely recommend and use them again when (wish it were just if) needed!

Ben J was knowledge professional and all around good experience. Highly recommend for plumbing problems. Fixed my cut off valve and rebuilt toilet tank innards and gave great service overall.

Armando was great and explained what he was doing and steps to help keep my drains clear. Very professional, informative and kept the area clean while working. He also made sure the clog was draining the way it should before leaving

I called Acacias Plumbing to replace an old water heater and to install a water filter on the main water line. I spoke with Hector and he came out to give an estimate and check the access measurements for the new water heater. He came back a few days later to install the new water heater and haul away the old water heater. They also installed the water filter. Everything went well and a month later there have been no issues and we are happy with both things that they installed. I would recommend Hector and Acacias Plumbing because they were knowledgeable, fast and professional.

Called on Sunday for repair to leaking bath/shower valve. Not leaking, water just running out. They had a plumber there three hours later and fixed it. No trip charge, reasonable fee, I think. About the trip charge-nothing makes me drop a company faster than a trip fee they don't waive if you accept the bid.

I called Santiago plumbing for a commercial job and they were awesome! Then during the hard freeze of February 2021 all my pipes froze and broke, even with all the people needing repairs at that time Santiago stepped up and got EVERYTHING repaired not on in my home but also at our church. WOW, these guys really came through for us! Brandon rocks and his prices are fair. Santiago Plumbing is my go to company for everything having to do with plumbing now. Thank you for always going the extra mile!

I started working with Gilbert at Aaron's Plumbing a few years ago because I found him through a referral from another landlord. I own a number of houses so he's done quite a bit of work for me over the years. He's cleaned out some main connections, has had to replace and install some pipes, as well as leaks in toilets and sinks...they've done it all. There really isn't any thing he cannot do which is why I've referred him to many others as well.
