Jeremy and Owen answered all my questions about the water heater including maintenance on it. They were both professional, efficient and informative. I will continue to call them for any questions or concerns with our plumbing when needed.

Every time I have had to call for an issue they have come quickly. They are very professional and kind. I really like the way I get an estimate and updates if anything changes with the work, and the pictures to prove it and show the improvement when finished. The 90 day warranty is great as well. I tell everyone about them and their great service. Luis Camacho is one of the best!!

I bought a new bathtub and had it delivered to my house. My neighbour did all the demolition work for my bathroom renovation. I then needed a licensed plumber to connect the bathtub. The plumber from GEI Plumbing Services did a great job and he never stop until he was finished with all the connections. I am very impressed and happy with this company!

had them come out to my rental property and tech told me that pipe underground in the front yard needed to be carved out by breaking the concrete sidewalk and replaced for 1800$. I declined the work and called a popular plumbing company that comes out on tv , they diagnosed all the plumbing in the home for me and told me there are no pipes that run in front yard, the main line is in backyard ! they charged me a small fee and cleaned out a clog and everything is working fine now !

Excellent - will be using them again. Just moved into area, called them this morning as I saw they had outstanding reviews. Emily on call was super helpful - and since our issue was urgent - was able to get us in. Called me several times (very on it). Then the tech Eric was on time, helpful and explained the issue. I will be using them again and again. Great company. BTW: also appreciated them using an N-95 mask and booties (without me asking), given what’s going on these days. Thanks Lucky’s.

I found them on Angie's List. I need to get the plumbing on my entire home redone and they have a special. They were scheduled to visit my home on Friday, 11/10/17 between 9-12pm. They said they would call 30 minutes before they were on their way. They called me at 12:58pm. Needless to say, I had to reschedule. They were supposed to come again today, 11/15/17 between 12-4pm. It is 4:02pm now and I have not heard from them. I would not recommend this company.Thank you for your response Mike, however it is all about communication. A simple call would have corrected the issue on 11/10/2017. On 11/15/2017, I never received a call from your company. If you tried to call and received no response, why didn’t your company leave a message. I didn’t receive a message because your company has not called. Instead of taking responsibility, you’d rather blame the customer. Again, I would not recommend your company. Your company is not reliable and apparently not trustworthy.

During an unprecedented ice storm, Redfin was so responsive, professional and reasonably priced. Arrived at 7pm & fixed the leak in an hour. Awesome.Highly recommend

When the technician showed up we had a bit of a problem locating the property water cut off but the technician figured out a way around it and was able to still complete the job timely and completely.

Cesar was able to make it to my house faster than I had anticipated given a six-hour window; he was super professional and was able to diagnose and fix the issue within half an hour. I had a broken pipe and my previous plumber kept delaying my service date. Houston Plumbing Services was able to help me the next day. The technicians were punctual, thorough and did a great job. My neighbor called the day they were coming to my job and they went to help her immediately after finishing my work. I can't say enough about how good they were. I will definitely use them again.

All of the above. Micah and Curtis came to our house and had our issue fixed in one hour. We had JMP come out and they said it would be $15,000.00 without listening to my husband explaining to them what he felt the problem was. Micah and Curtis told us what they thought the problem was and it was the same thing my husband was telling John MP. Before we knew it our problem was taken care of and it cost less them $250.00. We had our faucet replaced and we love the finished product. Everything was taken care of quickly and neatly. Definitely recommend!!!!

He (Mike the owner) did not honor the price quoted and charged 3 times more. His crew (Ken) did mistakes and it did not pass the inspection and they had to redo and charged me for their errors. Unreliable provider, the contractor I had which they worked for, after that they removed them from their list because this and other incidents. Quoted $405 and charged $1250, because the redo 2 times for failing inspections for the service they did. Beware, they are plenty of excuses. Just decided to pay to get get them out of my house as soon as possible.

We’re a Real Estate Management company located in Austin and have a rental property in Houston that we needed some plumbing work done for. We honestly called the first plumber on our list and it was Aaron’s plumbing. We needed an inspection done, so we spoke to Gilbert over the phone. He was really responsive, he gave me a quote right over the phone and made contact with the woman who is living in the rental. It was convenient how he took care of everything. They made sure the gas lines were good and fixed a couple of other plumbing issues. He got everything taken care of really quickly so we could get water turned on for our tenant.

After a quick explanation I understood and was confident he knew exactly what was going on and scheduled me for a visit in 15 Minutes. If I was impressed with that then I was even more impressed when Mike showed up on time, did a very quick and efficient service on my whole house water filter and was the friendliest guy you could meet.
