I received a text letting me know the plumber was in his way. The text included a picture of the plumber which I thought was a great idea. When he arrived he was very polite and helpful. I’ve used Nick’s plumbing the past, will use them again, and have recommended them to friends.

I had Gei plumbing services replacing all the pipes in my house.Job was very clean, the also have a remodeling company so they were able to send someone to close all the cuts in the drywall.Definitely recommending this company.I wanted a clean job and not to need to have a contractor coming after the plumber to complete repairs and with this company I was able to have all done in one stop shop.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!, HAD A SERVICE CALL SCHEDULED, FOR TUESDAY, BETWEEN 8-12, RECEIVED A CALL AT 11:30, WERE RUNNING BEHIND SCHEDULE, BE THERE AROUND 1 PM, NO SHOW NO CALL, AT 1 PM. WE HAD TO CALL, CALLED AT 5PM WHAT HAPPEN WITH THE SERVICE CALL, WE WILL BE THERE AT 5:30pm, NO CALL NO SHOW, AT 5:30PM,TRUCK ARRIVES AT 6:15PM. THE BIO OF THE TECHNICIAN WAS WRONG DID NOT MATCH WHAT WAS SENT TO OUR E-MAIL. WE TOOK OFF OF WORK TO HAVE THIS WORK DONE, SPENT ALL DAY WAITING. TECHNICIAN SAID HE JUST RECEIVED THE WORK ORDER AND CALL FROM HIS DISPATCHER. DISPATCHER MR. FERNANDEZ , DID NOT EVEN CALL FOR EXPLANATION, JUST LEFT IT IN THE HANDS OF THE POOR TECHNICIANS. I QUESS ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS MUST BE FROM FAMILY OR FRIENDS.

I could not be happier with their service! They made efforts to see me the same day I called even though I was not having an emergency, they were very thorough with their inspection and job, and very faired priced. Very honest and experienced, I wouldn't doubt to recommend their services!

Two men came out to fix a leak in my shower they were fast very polite, professional and affordable. I will definitely use them again.

At midnight of the second night of Winter Storm Uri (day 2 of no power or heat), I awoke to dripping on my face. Mere seconds after I moved my bed away from the dripping, half the ceiling in the room collapsed onto the floor. The dripping was now a firehose, flooding my house. Frantically, I pulled up All American Plumbing in my contacts and dialed the number and prayed, even knowing it was impossible anyone would be answering this late. Richard answered; he had been up since the early morning running from emergency to emergency, and had just gotten off a job. He was over in minutes and had everything stopped in under a minute. After he got everything in order, he came back a week later to replace all the damaged piping--when nobody in Texas had plumbing supplies, he sent for them from Arizona.He wasn't running from emergency to emergency 24/7 those 2 weeks because he needed the money, he did it because he knew how many people were relying on him to save their houses and couldn't let them down.

First appointment was a no show. Second appointment, never called to give an estimate. Continually dropped the ball.

He (Mike the owner) did not honor the price quoted and charged 3 times more. His crew (Ken) did mistakes and it did not pass the inspection and they had to redo and charged me for their errors. Unreliable provider, the contractor I had which they worked for, after that they removed them from their list because this and other incidents. Quoted $405 and charged $1250, because the redo 2 times for failing inspections for the service they did. Beware, they are plenty of excuses. Just decided to pay to get get them out of my house as soon as possible.

Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.

The air conditioner repair tech, Jay, came out and found the problem right away for my a/c not cooling. The unit could not be repaired because it had a large leak. After we went into shock of how much it was going to cost to replace both units, he informed us that the company had a payment plan. The next day the crew came out and installed the units. Jay followed up after the crew left and the next day to make sure we were satisfied. I was very impressed with his service from the beginning to the end and will recommend Tubo to anyone needing a/c service.

On Monday of this week our AC stopped blowing air through our house. My landlord used his preferred company to come check things out. Long story short the problem was misdiagnosed from the beginning costing my landlord a new blower and circuit board when the problem was just a bad circuit board. My landlord's company installed the blower no problem but when it came time to connect the circuit board, these guys were in over their head. My first clue that the young man was clueless, was when he stated I wasn't expecting so many wires. By 7pm Thursday night I had enough and asked the young men to leave as they could not get the board working, I was very tired by this time. I called One Call Service the following morning. They sent two experienced technicians Henry and Bobby out the same day. They arrived early and ready to tackle my problem. Very respectful grown men! They even wore the little shoe booties. It took them less than 30 min to untangle the mess of crossed wires and get the AC running. Kudos to One Call Service for a very quick turn around and problem solving!!

Brett and his crew from Budget Home Services did great job replacing our R22 freon AC with a new R410 Freon AC. I got several bids and Budget Home Services gave me the best price. They installed the next day in just 6 hours. So Great to have AC again. It went out Easter Sunday. Thank you Brett, Johnny and the crew at Budget Home Services. I highly recommend them.

UPDATE: Called Acosta when kid mischief and a flushed pair of glasses led to an impossibly clogged toilet. Sonny came and was unbelievably friendly, informative, and competent. He went above and beyond to help us and I’m so grateful. Five stars, call these folks for all your plumbing needs.Cameron and Jonas were friendly, efficacious, and professional. They were able to locate the issue and get it fixed faster than the estimated arrival window for most repair pros, and scheduling with Brenda was a delight. Thank y’all!
