Literally A + customer service! I was blown away by the level of service. Everything from start to finish was flawless. I called Nick's Plumbing after receiving an initial bid to replace my drainage and sewage pipes from a competitor assigned by my homeowners's insurance plan. They (Ron) came out, assessed, offered an initial bid. MATCHED the first bid, and once the work began it was as if they were taking care of their own house. While there was a lot of work it was organized and clean communication to me as the homeowner was top notch and I knew what was going on during each phase of the project. Once the job was completed and after it was known that some of my grass would be destroyed on the lawn the grass was replaced he team came back after the job was completed and after I had left town to ensure that the new grass was watered. I would recommend this team to anyone!

My tech from GEI Plumbing Services came out to do routine maintenance on our Carrier Infinity Series heat pump/ac system. He was very friendly, courteous, professional, and thorough. He suggested the installation of a surge protector to prevent possible damage to expensive components. Definitely seemed like wise advice. I thanked him and had him make the install. We have been dealing with GEI Plumbing Servicesice for many years and have nothing but the highest regard for them. Keep up the good work guys.

Never depend on these guys. They did our entire plumbing rework after Harvey. Now I have a leak and the thing that blows my mind is they wouldnt even consider giving me an estimate to fix it. Not so customer focussed and this despite of me willing to pay for leak detection and fix. Santiago was referred by my contractor and he has never stood up to the reputation and stars you see on this google search

Working with Mike to solve our plumbing problems was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and experienced in his work. If we had any other concerns, he even made return visits.

Not only did they bring uninstall the perfect new kitchen faucet, but before they did that, they replaced the old sink valves, which to my surprise were leaking under the cabinet. Nick did a great job communicating to me what he was doing and he made sure to get my permission before starting on the fix. He was friendly, professional, and trustworthy and my problem is now fixed. The price seemed a little high but I realize that he is part of a bigger company with higher overhead. I appreciate his work and would recommend him to anyone!

UPDATE: Called Acosta when kid mischief and a flushed pair of glasses led to an impossibly clogged toilet. Sonny came and was unbelievably friendly, informative, and competent. He went above and beyond to help us and I’m so grateful. Five stars, call these folks for all your plumbing needs.Cameron and Jonas were friendly, efficacious, and professional. Mere seconds after I moved my bed away from the dripping, half the ceiling in the room collapsed onto the floor. The dripping was now a firehose, flooding my house. Richard answered; he had been up since the early morning running from emergency to emergency, and had just gotten off a job. He was over in minutes and had everything stopped in under a minute. After he got everything in order, he came back a week later to replace all the damaged piping--when nobody in Texas had plumbing supplies, he sent for them from Arizona.He wasn't running from emergency to emergency 24/7 those 2 weeks because he needed the money, he did it because he knew how many people were relying on him to save their houses and couldn't let them down.
