I called Gei on very short time, they arrived on time and repair my water heater. I had my heater pipe leaked and boiling point wasn't working, they had it repair in few hours and charged very reasonable price. Recommended.

For a literal 2 min fix, we were charged $380. Very disappointing!!!Appreciate them for fixing the flush, and I understand there’s a cost to send men out, but one should not charge 3.5 times the price for a service that you know will take 2 minutes to fix.One time price gouging, cost you a life long client. Will not use them again.

They came quickly, were friendly, gave us a quote before servicing and were finished within ten minutes. Since their quote for $225, I was shocked at how quickly they were finished.

Called for a gas inspection ($450 - and said that was discounted!). They found a water shutoff valve not working properly on the water heater. Replaced for $150. In the process, broke a copper pipe that they claimed needed to be replaced anyway as it was old ($150). Came back next day and found another problem with a different gas heater ($350). Came back next business day with city inspector and found that the pilot of a gas heater would not stay lit after we reported no hot water all weekend. They said it just 'happens sometimes' and needs to be replaced ($400). I should've stopped this long before but I'm finally having someone else come and take a look.The technicians that came were very nice as well as the answering office staff when I called, but I can't help but feel like they are trained to find/create problems...UPDATE: Had another plumber out. He got the water heater lit and staying lit in 15 minutes...so glad I didn't drop another $400!!!

Junior and Jason installed my whole house Aquasana water system and a shower head in my bath. They were very professional and did a great job. I used TPP in the past to re-pipe my entire house. They also found the sewer outlet from my house to the street which even the City couldn't find. They are on time and keep in touch. I do recommend this company.

I have used Brad's Plumbing since 1993 when I bought this house. Today I called as usual and they came right out to inspect the problem I had with my water meter connection. They (Jeremy, did a great job) replaced the connection and did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. Would recommend them to anyone in west Houston/Katy area.

Rick is amazing! He fixed my shower and tub and now they drain better than when I purchased the house. He was friendly and cheerful. Two men came out to my home and looked down the drain using no instruments in March of 2017.... They said, that I needed to get someone to drain the septic tank. I contacted Coastal Plumbing, they came and did a complete scope of all of the lines, took care of the septic tank and completely repaired everything. My homeowners paid for the work, it was $14,000. Two years later, I receive a bill from Texas Drain Technologies, Inc. for $59.95 with a note that states: Is there some reason why you have not paid this invoice? TDT did the work and would like to be paid in full. It looks like it is signed with the initials DW First of all, TDT did not do any work whatsoever... I called today, 01/31/2019 to speak with someone about this invoice. The lady that answered was extremely rude and snickered at me over the phone. I always pay my bills immediately and on time. This is very very poor customer service. In addition, a highly unethical business practice.

At midnight of the second night of Winter Storm Uri (day 2 of no power or heat), I awoke to dripping on my face. Mere seconds after I moved my bed away from the dripping, half the ceiling in the room collapsed onto the floor. The dripping was now a firehose, flooding my house. Frantically, I pulled up All American Plumbing in my contacts and dialed the number and prayed, even knowing it was impossible anyone would be answering this late. Richard answered; he had been up since the early morning running from emergency to emergency, and had just gotten off a job. He was over in minutes and had everything stopped in under a minute. After he got everything in order, he came back a week later to replace all the damaged piping--when nobody in Texas had plumbing supplies, he sent for them from Arizona.He wasn't running from emergency to emergency 24/7 those 2 weeks because he needed the money, he did it because he knew how many people were relying on him to save their houses and couldn't let them down.

As a landlord, I called Gilbert from Aaron's Plumbing for a job and they came right out, fixed the problem right away and that was that. One of my renters had a clogged toilet and they went out there and snaked it and had it taken care of in 5 minutes. I honestly found Aaron's Plumbing on the internet through a search and after doing the job, thought their pricing was reasonable. I have only good things to say about them and would use them again.
