I had to replace a main drain line for my utility room (to the sewer main) and a gas main from the meter to my home. Project involved some interconnecting trenching in the backyard, quite a bit. The Nick's team (Eric ran the project) did a great job. Started Monday, city inspection and backfill done by Thursday. Great communication, neat, orderly and clean. They handled changes and adversity well as the project moved. Great group.

Came out in Nov 2021 through Home Serve, did not identify leak, even though we called bc there was a water mark after they installed a new aater heater. Called back out in Jan 2022 and admitted the leak was very small and barely visible, ceiling is now falling in! They are stating it is not covered under Home Serve insurance so to change the T where the leak is, it will be $500 and the ceiling is my problem. Unacceptable in my opinion. Not satisfied with them nor Home Serve.

Excellent service! I highly recommend Acacias Plumbing. Called them and they offered to be there the following morning (my issue was not an emergency). My schedule did not work for that so they came out the next day. The plumber who arrived was very knowledgeable and was happy to explain everything to me. He did not push any unnecessary fixes or upcharge me. He took his time to make sure my leak was fixed before packing up and leaving. I am so happy I have found a plumber that I trust!

Abacus did an excellent job of installing a new a/c system for me. Their plumbing service is also very excellent, the plumbers identified my outdoor cleanout trap system was broken. My toilets were backing up and they quickly sent over their installers to fix that problem. They came out in the rain and made repairs. Excellent company and excellent employees that can take care of your home issues. Thank You!

Had Mission Air come out to perform routine annual maintenance on my AC. Was able to call and get someone out the following morning. Ryan was the technician that serviced my AC and he was very helpful in letting me know everything that was performed (also with documented pictures and details that are included with your records). After the service was completed he answered questions I had on possibly installing a Reme-Halo. He was able to check their inventory and come back out to install the next business day. I scheduled this service during Covid-19 and he performed the maintenance with a mask, gloves, and shoe protectors. Would recommend to anyone needing quick and reliable AC service.

I would recommend avoiding this company. I requested a technician come diagnose my a/c which was not turning on. After looking over the unit, the technician recommended a complete replacement for $6,300 as the compressor was no longer functioning. Given this, I agreed have the unit replaced. Luckily, a second company was able to show up early (I had requested them to come out later that day) and within 15 min, they assessed that it was nothing to do with the compressor and my unit was just fine other than a new starter was needed, which ended up costing me on $200.After this experience, I have no trust in Turbo Home Services and would never recommend them to anyone.
