Needed my water heater repaired. Felt the objective was to sell me a new water heater no matter the issue. I suggest over the long term you simply offer to do what the minimum is required to repair the issue. Then when a replacement is really necessary you’ll gain the customer’s confidence to replace the unit. I felt like I was being offered the most expensive option from the start

Had Jerry (the Drain Detective) come out. He was very upstanding, great at diagnosing the issue we were having with our dishwasher and didn't try to upsell anything. Truly. a pleasure to work with him and will be requesting him for all of our plumbing issues.

I was in urgent need to get my drain trap repaired after it cracked & started to flood my place. Evan worked hard to squeeze me in to an AM appointment. When he showed up he was prepared for the job at hand and did it quickly with quality workmanship. Great service overall. I normally am very sceptical of online reviews but in this case from my experience they were accurate. Will refer GEI Plumbing for future work.

Prompt, professional, courteous, completely comfortable addressing the many questions and concerns I had, and had all the parts needed for my job in his service vehicle. Schedulers and dispatch were professional and courteous but didn’t seem to record my requested appointment window correctly. I had to rearrange my plans to meet Julio. I still give five stars for Julio’s exceptional service.

My A/C went out on my unit. Alex Zelaye came out on his day off to help me. I have three kids with asthma and one that has nose bleeds, Alex helped me out so much to get my unit running. An issue came up and he came right over. This man was an Angel to me and my kids. If you have any problems call this company and request him. I promise you he will get the job done. We have been with One Call shortly after Edgar started the business and four houses later we are still with One Call. Honest is the word that stands out about this company and the service has been excellent over all these years. My wife and I have used them on our own residence's and rental property. The technicians and very knowledgeable and professional.

He also explained about after hours emergencies requirements. Something the otyoher repair man that called back didn't even bother to mention or explain. More interested payment. The man could of said he would come and look to see what the problem was and explain why payment was to be made than, and would be reimbursed. If I ever need repair man from your company I would not want this person to come. I was able to get a commit for the service time immediately and received a call from them 1hr prior to arrival to let me know they are on the way.Chris was very knowledgeable and is a licensed Master plumber and AC technician. He was very thorough in his investigation of the issue and did not rush through the job.I will definitely be using Got Flow again for my future plumbing and hvac needs.

One Star only because I can’t post without selecting at least one.Called to request plumbing service. I gave the operator my address and she gave me a 4-hour window for someone to come out. Which I was ok with since I’d get my plumbing issue fixed the same day. Just a few moments later a plumber called to say he was on his way-45 minutes away. I immediately received a text saying my plumber was on his way, along with his tracking info.After an hour, he hadn’t arrived so I tried tracking him, but could not. I texted the company number to alert them that an hour had gone by and my plumber hasn’t arrived yet. After about half an hour I get a call stating they had entered my address wrong, they asked me for my address again, and stated they were rerouting the plumber back to my home. About another half hour later, I got a call from the company stating the plumber was already out of the area and wouldn’t be coming.Yea his is the second time in 10 years I call John Moore and both times a tech did not arrive. All I got was an “Oops, sorry.” SMH.

If you get Justin for your appointment with this company you will be in good hands. Justin always calls when in route, is professional, and respectful.

I ended up doing it myself! If I had used your services I would have paid a lot more and waited at least another week without hot water. Your technician was courteous and respectful, but had a lot of work to do before me. I don't see why he came by to tell me he could only start the job sometime after the weekend. Ugh!
