They booked my appointment within a day, called 1h before they showed up, did an initial inspection and walked me thru all the fixing around the house. Phillip gave me the best solutions for each of the toilets and shower issues I had, and it took him just a few hours to do all the work. Clean, courteous, fair prices and knowledgeable technicians. Highly recommended for any issue you encounter with your plumbing!

I wish I could give 0 stars. I live at the Belvedere Apartments and we have been without water for 12 hours. I asked the plumbers when the water was going to be back on and was told: sometime tonight. When I asked when tonight, some idiot claiming to be the boss got in my face (after he put down his burrito) and said I said sometime tonight There are 5 people literally sitting around doing nothing while an entire apartment complex is without water! This is ridiculous! Contractors will get away with whatever you allow them to get away with!

Jimmy Ortutay with Mission AC and Plumbing is my go-to plumber. We have had several problems through the years and Jimmy has always been exceptionally helpful. He explains very clearly what caused the problem and what he has to do. He is patient and friendly in answering all questions and if there are options available, he will tell you. I had just a trickle of hot water coming out of my faucets Wednesday night and by Thursday night I had the most pressure and hottest water I've ever had in the 12 years living in my house! We had a problem with the flow of water in our bathtub. Bud M diagnosed the problem, went to his supply house and back to fix the problem. We were also in need of a kitchen sink and faucet change out. I have NEVER had a serviceman explain the pros and cons of items that we were needing. Bud M. took the time to help with this process and a bid to do the installation. If and when we need ANY plumbing issues resolved our first call will be to Bud M.Keep up the great work!!!!

I made an appointment to repair pipes due to the terrible freeze. They made the appointment and was on time. The service representative Chris was very nice and he explained everything and took pictures so I could see the damage. They were very efficient. I plan to use them again to service my AC.

I had a bathroom exhaust fan with light installed. I called John Moore and they came out and gave me an estimate. I thought it was kind of pricey, but hired them for peace of mind. I wanted someone that was professional and trust worthy. I love that they sent a picture of the technician before his arrival so I knew exactly who to look for. I was very pleased with the job performed.

Received service from Kintex plumbing in April and do not recommend this company at all. The technician, Ike, spent the entire time he was here on a phone call plugged into his ear, had terrible customer service skills and was rude and condescending. Extremely poor service!
