Had a great experience with our plumber technician Mario Moreno. He was very detailed with explaining all findings and how it can affect us in the long run. We had him come out to a home we are in the process of purchasing, the home Is from 1946 In Baytown. Being that home is older we knew we had to get a professional out there for further inspection aside from our general home inspector. Scheduling was made easy and they have all the equipment needed to make a good plumbing inspection. Mario did not rush through the process and showed me everything along the way. I will continue to use this plumbing company for many years to come.

Both techs were very professional. Very helpful. Did excellent work. Checked all the faucets in the bathroom and the kitchen to remove air and clean aerators. From what I understand the price I was given was a very good value. I appreciate that very much. they also did a minor repair on the kitchen faucet, which was also appreciate.

Seemed to do quality work, but miscommunicated with me on the price of a new valve installation on my waterheater (i.e. I thought the price quoted was the total, not in addition to what I was already paying). After I registered my discontent the guy went on to try to upsell me again.Given TQP's high prices and communication issues I will shop around more next time.

DYZ Plumbing provided excellent service, They responded to my request within a couple of hours. Yence (not sure of the spelling), the plumber, was outstanding. I called them and they sent Anthony out to take a look at my leak. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get the leak fixed at that time but Anthony was very informative. I’ll definitely come back soon as I get back in town. I’ll be requesting Anthony because he definitely made me feel as if I was in good hands!
