Best Emergency Repairs in Houston TX

SCAMMERS!!! RUN! On Nov. 1st we had them come out to clean our pipe in our master bath. We have a branch growing into the pipe and they assured us it could be cleaned out. They used a water jet machine & poured acid down the toilet. We were able to use our tub/toilet until Dec. 15th. Then our tub started stopping up and water came up out of the bottom of our toilet. We have documents stating that they guarantee their work... we called to make an appointment & ended up rescheduling 2 times bc they couldn't show up during the window allotted. They came out today & the rep said they have to do a clean out that would cost us ANOTHER $1200. My husband said he didn't want that, we wanted it to be de-scaled. The rep left & said the owner would call. The owner, IDO COHEN called and said we need a clean out and we are wasting his time, do not call back and there is no warranty- although we were received an email saying there is a warranty on their work. He proceeded to tell my husband, don't call this number again I'm going to hang up and he did... Husband called back and he answered and said we weren't getting any money back from them, it's not my problem, don't call this number again and hung up. Horrible horrible customer service!!!! Do not use them- they will not fix your problems and are ridiculously unprofessional. I HAD TO GIVE 1 STAR TO LEAVE THE REVIEW, BUT LET ME CLEAR THEY ARE A ZERO STAR COMPANY.

Damondrick was great! He showed up on time, he provided an estimate and solved the problem. The bill was actually slightly lower than the estimate - when was the last time that happened? The price was very reasonable and he did an excellent job explaining the issue and how he solved it. I would definitely use this company again. I am a warranty guy for a well known builder and it is very easy for me to say that Redfin is the best plumber I have ever used. They may not be the absolute cheapest but with them you definitely get what you pay for. I would not have bothered to write this review if I did not think they do a great job.

Always excellent! I has used them on and off for the last 15-18 years! Always on time, clean, accomplished and the plumbers offer good advice and tips on how to maintain the plumbing and pipes.

Hector and team came out to fix a few miscellaneous things from a home inspection. He was very responsive and they always call or text regarding their ETA.All the work was done properly and tested and their invoice included pictures of the work and even some before/after photos where necessary.Best of all, they're respectful of property and wear shoe coverings inside (and they remove them outside! It's pointless to wear them outside AND inside the house) and clean up after themselves.

Paid 200 bucks for a suspect diagnostic for my furnace. Told me I might need to get a plumber to look at it. So what can I do if I want to actually have the issue looked at properly? Just keep handing out 200 bucks until I get a good technician?

Can not recommend the team at TDT highly enough! We had a drain line collapse in an old building, Keith and the crew from TDT came out on a Sunday on a holiday weekend and replaced the entire collapsed section. They were professional, responsive, and did high quality work for a very fair price. Will definitely be using them again in the future. If you are looking for honest old school work at a fair price you can't go wrong with TDT.

Main sewer line out of the house got plugged on Christmas Day with 4 people visiting. AAA Plumbers came out first thing the next morning (8:30), cleaned out the sewer line, and replaced the wax ring on our downstairs toilet that had blown, all for a surprisingly reasonable price. I've used them 4 or 5 times now and been satisfied. Once there was a minor problem with their work, but they came back asap and fixed it under warranty.

Scheduling was rude, but the plumber that contacted me prior to scheduling contacting me was very nice. If it was not for scheduling being rude, then we may have proceeded with their services. This review is based on client interaction and not the work itself.

I had to replace cartridge in my Moen faucet (bathroom)
Plumber solved my problem quickly but created another more complicated problem like water hummer. If you would like to fix your plumbing issues without bad consequences try another company.

Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.

Christian was very pleasant and explained the repairs needed. I also appreciated the fact that he took his time and was not hurried.
