Best Electric Heater in Houston TX

Leo was GREAT!!! Two plumbers had been to my home w/o resolve before him. My toilet was backing up into my bathtub. Leo came out and found the clean out that the other two couldn’t find. He flushed it out and told me the issue of roots that needed to be removed. He was going to come another day but came same day instead. I was charged less than quoted over the phone. And he was very kind patient and knowledgeable. Please go with Nicks Plumbing they are the Best!!!

Responded immediately to a call for a basement backup. Investigated with camera. Worked hard and fast in less than ideal conditions to dig up part of the basement and driveway to replace an old broken pipe. Hard working, amazing service, fair price and left everything spotless. Have already recommended to friends and will continue to do so. Hopefully we don't need you again, but happy to know you are there if we do.

Was able to get an appointment quickly for a plumber to come to my home to access and repair the damage.The plumbing technician Mr Johnson was very professional, polite, courteous, empathic and diagnosed and made the necessary repair.Julie from the Office was also very pleasant and helpful and informative.

I will definitely use Texas Plumbing again. They were able to send someone out same day and he was knowledgeable and professional. He took care of a clogged drain; I also had him use the camera to check another problem (sewer drain).

Jose was very professional and courteous. We were able to get a same day appointment, arrived on time, anticipated parts needed and was prepared. Receptionist was also very friendly and responsive. Would definitely use Hugo Plumbing again!

Had previously given this company a 5 star rating. This week, we have had them out to replace our external electric box, update our internal box to current codes.After this, we found out we needed to replace our entire A/C system. They came out the next day, then left without finishing the work (we found this out when the new A/C stopped working the next day and one of their techs informed us that it was not complete).They also told me they would schedule someone to come the next day and re-install our attic stairs (this wasn't scheduled until I spoke to their management on Thursday night). It's currently Friday, the stairs have finally been re-installed (took literally 30 minutes to do). There are exposed wires lying on the ground outside next to our condenser that have been spliced together and covered in taped and I've been getting an endless string of your on the schedule for today, but no ETA after being told the evening before that someone would be out before noon.Update: Have two customer concern escalation tickets logged. We'll see if they get in touch.Update 2: They called and tried to schedule an appointment for Monday. I explained the situation to the scheduler (which was probably my 9th time to explain it to someone) who was very understanding and helpful in escalating it. Someone is now on the way out to the house. This was a horrible experience.Update 3: Finally fixed. I should say ALL the technicians we're excellent. The issue with this company seems to be with the installation crew, a lack of communication in customer service and dispatch, and management (except for Rick who was extremely helpful). Not sure what happened to this company but it'll be a hard road to win back any trust from us.Pictured Below: Electrical safety!

Very professional company, not the cheapest prices.... But very good work done, and worth every penny. Talk to supervisor Charles White, he will always make sure his guys finish on time, and with there mess cleaned, and all safety precautions taken for any dangerous jobs. They dont only worry about their safety, but will seal off any dangerous holes needed to let open over night with caution take, and metal covers to prevent anyone especially kids or animals.

DYZ Plumbing provided excellent service, They responded to my request within a couple of hours. Yence (not sure of the spelling), the plumber, was outstanding. He explained everything he was doing to check on the old garbage disposal, and install the new one. Highly recommend this company. Thank you, Yence!!!

I called Turbo on a Saturday when we were having the coldest weekend of the year. My heater had stopped blowing hot air. They sent a technician out the same day. Jay was able to get my heater working well enough to hold us over until Monday when he was able to order the parts to repair it permanently. I was not expecting Jay to come out until at least Tuesday but he texted me Monday afternoon and said he would be there that night. He was at my home until 9pm making sure everything worked correctly. Jay was very responsive over text throughout the entire process. He even checked in with me the following day to make sure we didn’t have any issues. I would highly recommend Turbo and specifically Jay. Thanks!

Not sure if there's such thing as a Minor plumbing problem. If so, my most recent wasn't one of those. It started as a blocked lavatory drain line, and became an emergency when it shut down my home AC system in 100 degree Houston weather. As a member of Pickett's VIP program, I was relieved that they responded quickly, and I was impressed with how thorough Blake and Phillip were in identifying, tackling and resolving the problem. On the customer service side, I appreciated Selenia's help in arranging the after hours call. Pickett Plumbing has been my go-to source for plumbing-related matters for several years now, ranging from major to minor issues. They've never let me down, and I've never had reason to look elsewhere.

John Moore installed a new Hvac system last summer, came out to do a 1 year inspection.. everything looked good after inspection

We had a clogged sink which started a compounding of a few issues that ended up needing repaired. I had used another un-named plumber the week prior for something less involved and simpler, and they charged me a fortune. I reached out to another plumber who said they were booking more than a week out... So I called Sun Coast, and I described the issue over the phone, they gave me a rough estimate over the phone and were out an hour or two later. They ended up resolving all of the issues, and charged me the estimate they gave me. Very pleased with the service quality, price, availability/turn around time, and pricing transparency.

Had to shut off water to the house during the first day of the storm. Called Perot and spoke with the owner. Was told he could get out 2 days later. Tried calling him numerous times to confirm the schedule without success. When I did get ahold of him- by luck- on the afternoon of the day we were scheduled for service, he knew absolutely nothing about my call, said he would ‘try to handle the local people’, estimated his response at ‘maybe another two days’ and was plainly overwhelmed. While I appreciate the unique difficulties of the situation, Perot led us to believe that we could rely upon them when plainly they had not even scheduled our call. We would have made other arrangements with a company that books and calendars its calls for service and has the capacity to provide updates.

We had two prior technicians come out and couldn’t find anything wrong with my AC but it was not cooling. Finally technician Ezequiel came out and found the problem. He was very professional, helpful and did not leave until it was resolved. I would definitely recommend him and the company.
