PROS: Available usually with short notice. Local. On time or early about 40% of the time. Good work. Technicians we've dealt with have been professional and nice.CONS: Extremely HIGH PRICES. For comparable parts and services they were significantly more than anyone else in the area.The first time I used them the tech came out to look at a leak was on time, nice, professional, and provided suggestions free of charge and we were able to fix it ourselves. I didn't hesitate to use them again.The second time was for a hot water heater issue. They charged over $600 to replace a part and took about 1.5 hours to replace it. I looked later and the replacement part only cost about $80. Approximately $500 in labor for 1.5 hours?The third time I used them the previous part quit working 6 weeks after it was installed. They quoted $2200-$2800 to replace the hot water heater, we complained and they dropped that to $1850 (which was still $350-$450 above everyone else for the same unit).The second two times we used them the technician was pretty late each time, and the revised quote came 2 hours after I had already been able to get a quote from several other companies, schedule a technician and actually have the unit installed.I probably would've originally paid the $1850 if that had been the initial price - good guys, good work ok to pay a little more - but the first quote was so high and the previous part & labor was so expensive. We really felt like we were being gouged and are pretty disappointed.

We had 2 separate plumbing issues within a month of each other. GEI Plumbing Services came quickly and resolved both issues. Each plumber was professional and took the care to do the work right. The cost was extremely reasonable. Will use GEI Plumbing Services again without hesitation.

WOW, WOW, WOW, I don't know what else to say. After the freeze of 2021 I tried to contact my local plumber only to find out that he had moved to Austin. I was in a panic with a broken pipe and no water. After contacting several well known companies, some who wouldn't respond, some who quoted two weeks for any service and a couple who just blew me off with false promises Bluefrog came through. Despite the overwhelming work load Bluefrog kept in contact with me, provided a service date with in days of contacting them and sent out a fantastic Plumber, Alfredo. They actually got to me a day earlier that promised and Alfredo was absolutely great. He found the leak doing minimal damage to our walls, repaired it and cleaned up before we checked the house for any other issues. Alfredo was professional and great to deal with. On top of all that the price for the repair was totally reasonable. We had one plumber who said it would be $300 just to come by. At a time when plumbing companies could have charged anything Alfredo gave us a very reasonable quote and price. Bluefrog now had a new customer for life. Thank You!

The reviews are accurate. I have never been more pleased with a service. We had our whole house re-plumbed by Hugo Plumbing. They are professional, responsive and reasonably priced. In addition to re-plumbing, we also had them move our gas line. They were also able to come out same day for a separate issue we had with our toilet. I highly recommend this business.

Thomas “Junior” was awesome showed me what was going on and identified the issues and was just super helpful of keeping me in the loop of what is going on. Customer service was awesome from start to finish.

This is the second time I have used/contacted DYZ Plumbing. Everything about the company was professional, from the phone calls to the emails to the in person repair visit. They are courteous and respectful of my time and my home. (Things that a lot of other businesses could learn from them…)The master plumber, who came with a fellow plumber, was top notch. Not only did they bring uninstall the perfect new kitchen faucet, but before they did that, they replaced the old sink valves, which to my surprise were leaking under the cabinet. It could have been a catastrophe!Their professionalism and commitment to doing the full job and taking care of clients is a testament to this business and a relief for customers like me.They have my loyalty and I thank them for a job very well done!

We have used Pickett for years, going back to 2003 when they resurfaced our pipes with the Ace DuraFlo process. I called them earlier this month due to a leak in our attic. Their plumber charged me $70 to tell me our water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. He gave me a quote of $2,232, which I thought was high. We found another plumber who replaced it for $1,125. A couple of hours after they had replaced it, I realized we still had a leak. I called Pickett since they had originally diagnosed the leak was from the water heater, which was obviously not the case. They sent a different plumber at my request. He was here within a couple of hours and found that the hot water pipe under the water heater was the source of the leak. He gave me a quote of $731 to replace a 6' section of pipe. I checked with the other plumber and he told me that was a high price. He came and replaced the pipe for $426. Not only are Pickett's prices extremely high, but the first plumber they sent misdiagnosed the source of the leak. He should have been suspicious of our pipes since they had resurfaced our pipes 13 years ago. The Ace DuraFlo process is a total ripoff. We paid $9,570 in 2003 to have our pipes resurfaced. The other plumber showed me the section of pipe he replaced and it was almost totally clogged with rust, as only only side of the pipe had the Ace DuraFlo epoxy coating. (see uploaded photo) The photos Pickett has on their website shows a perfectly even coating of epoxy. They have to know this is not the case, but they still show the photo and offer this expensive service.I did send Mr. Pickett a letter concerning all of this, but I have not had any response.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PICKETT PLUMBING.

The plumbing tech, Jonathan, was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. At this time, I am totally satisfied with John Moore Plumbing Services. Jonathan listened to all our plumbing issues, took pictures, examined each area and successfully repaired one of our immediate concerns. He will provide us with an estimate of everything that should be repaired. All in all, I am very satisfied with the service provided by Jonathan. Thank you.

I live in a condo and at the request of the condo management Sun Coast recently did plumbing work in my unit. They left eight small very heavy dark spots on my expensive carpet which I was fortunately able to clean up. They also left trash in my unit and considerable small white dust deposits outside my door. Very unprofessional! A proper plumber should clean up after their work.
