Best Drain Systems in Houston TX

This is my third time calling on Cooper Plumbing. They are always quick to respond, are consistently on time, and are an absolute pleasure to deal with. Cooper Plumbing is my first and last call for any plumbing needs.

Called the phone number and chatting in via website. Neither person would answer simple questions about pricing. They just kept asking for my phone number, email, address, etc saying they would to send someone out for pricing. I knew what was wrong and just needed a simple answer. I explained I did not want people coming in and out of my house giving unnecessary quotes. They did not care. Both agents just kept insisting they wanted my personal contact info and would need to send someone to my house. No Thank You.

Hotwater In The Toliet. The experience began with Shea organizing the after-hours visit. She was extremely helpful. Had to reschedule but booked again the next morning. Jacob was very service-oriented and pleasant to engage with. He is also quite skilled as he had to conduct a big investigation to solve a difficult problem. Would recommend him to my mother for sure.

I called in a Friday and they were able to fit me in on Monday. Communication was excellent and they were able to finish the job on time.

Had a shower leaking, YB Plumbing told me it wasn't the cartridge and that I needed to cut a hole in the backside of the shower and replace the valve with a cost of close to $1,000. Called Roto Rooter for a second opinion and They came out and told me that replacing the cartridge was all that was needed. Ended up costing <$350. Marty was quick and professional with the repairs.

They were very organized and did the job very well. Their pricing was fair and they were able to complete the job in less than an hour.

I am very happy with the work that Texas Premier Plumbing did for my property. The house had a severe underground leak from the water main line, with 126K gallons of water leaked within a short period of time. Texas Premier Plumbing came out the next day to assess the situation and provided a reasonable quote for the job to replace the leaking galvanized pipes with whole new pvc schedule 80 pipes. They started the work right away the next day and finished within two days, with all lawn areas impacted restored to original state. During the job, they found out that the original estimated ~60ft of pipes that needed to be replaced turned out to be 95ft (some of the piping was routed differently), they covered the additional cost without asking for a price increase from me. They also covered some unexpected connection issues with the hot water line to the water heater. In the end, they honored the price they offered upfront without additional price hikes, and did a good job placing a new water main line for my house. I would definitely use their service again when I have plumbing needs for my properties in the area. Thanks a lot, Ben! You guys did an awesome job and earned my business and respect!

Cristian was awesome! He was prompt and the job was done excellently and efficiently. He fixed a leaking PVC valve on the water shut off to my house. Just plain great service all around! Would definitely recommend Acacias Plumbing again!

Technician arrived maskless. I require a mask to gain entry to my home. He left to get a mask. Upon return, I asked if he had shoe protectors before going upstairs. He said no. I asked him to please remove his shoes to protect the carpet. He walked out and said I need to call another plumber. ?

Ripped me off. $750 for less than one hour! No fuss job, replaced 6 inches of exposed copper pipe. Its no wonder he was the only available plumber.

Hired at one hourly rate on the phone, charged another when they came out. Had two leaks, they fixed the first one but not the second. They were quick to come out, but feel as though they overcharged for their service and quality.

I called due a leak in my pipe. They where honest. They could have charged me alot of money to fix it but they didnt. I would hands down recommend this company.

Jimmy Ortutay with Mission AC and Plumbing is my go-to plumber. We have had several problems through the years and Jimmy has always been exceptionally helpful. He explains very clearly what caused the problem and what he has to do. He is patient and friendly in answering all questions and if there are options available, he will tell you. I highly recommend Jimmy for all your plumbing needs.

Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.
