DJ was very professional, polite and diagnosed the problem very quickly. He even left to retrieve the part. He returned shortly with another coworker and did the repairs that day! The price was reasonable and the area was left clean. I am definitely going to be a repeat customer!

We had an outside pipe break during the recent winter storm. We started calling plumbers on Wednesday in hope of getting someone out the following week. TDT actually answered our call and indicated they would have a technician call us Friday. We were so excited but still a bit doubtful so continued to make calls and we were put on wait lists. TDT called first thing Friday morning to advise someone would be out before noon and they were. The part for our repair was not on their truck so they went back to their office to get the part and made the repair. AMAZING.We will never use another plumber.
