Cooper Plumbing did a great job for us when we had our tankless hot water heater fail. They came out very quickly, sourced a new unit for us and had it installed the same day. They were on time and even called in advance to let us know they were on the way. Great service and customer focus, we will definitely use them again!

Jose and his crews did an excellent job rerouting a drain line and venting as well as re-piping my 50 year old kitchen from galvanized to pex. They cleaned up after themselves, tarped off the area, and were very professional while they were in my home. Lauren was very responsible and quickly addressed a minor problem while everyone was here. I’m looking forward to working with them again!

During the freezing weather in early March 2021 we lost electricity for 3 days. We turned off water to the house. Once power was restored we waited another 3 days to turn the water back on because we continued to have frigid weather each night. Once we turned the water back on we didn’t have any problems. One day later I went to wash a load of clothes and water came out from behind the washer. Through our neighborhood paper we found an ad for Bluefrog Plumbing. Ricardo Teran was the technician that came. He was very knowledgeable and from what he could see did not think (but couldn’t guarantee) that we had a pipe issue unless he removed the Sheetrock to check pipes. He gave us an estimate and let us know they did not do Sheetrock work to repair. We approved this and glad we did - there was no pipe damage and he said there might have been some frozen water in the washer drain so when I did a load it backed up. No issues since. We were pleased with Ricardo and would recommend Bluefrog.

This was my first time using this company and I will definitely use them again in the future if a plumbing issue arises. They were reasonable on prices and timely. They came out the next day after my call and made the repairs needed.

I had burst water line damaged lines replaced, following the freeze we had in this area 2021. John Moore did excellent timely replacement service on the lines. In addition, at the same time I needed the water heater replaced and they performed that service as well. All the work was completed quickly and expertly done. I determined to use John Moore again for any future plumbing issues. Today they came out to replace an older kitchen faucet. John Moore is an organization that I can trust and recommend for anyone needing plumbing issues.

Earlier today Kintex Plumbing came to my home and serviced both of my electric water heaters. I had no idea that there were so many components to electronic water heaters! The technician immediately knew what the issue was and in no time replaced the thermostat and elements in both of my water heaters. The job was done fast and thoroughly.
