I have used Gei plumbing for many years. Our disposal was making a loud noise when turned on. I contacted Gei plumbing early Monday morning and they indicated they could have a plumber at my home the same day. I was sent a text confirming the arrival along with a picture of the tech. The tech made some adjustments to the disposal (hoses and clamps) and the noise was gone. The disposal noise is gone. They were punctual, knowledgeable and very courteous. I highly recommend Gei plumbing.

They got a big project done and cleaned my ducts so even though I probably paid a little more they did provide more value so I am grateful.

I contacted them, pre-covid-19, to assist me with a residential home bathroom (update plumbing) and to relocate kitchen from one location to another (piping of new location of kitchen). I was informed that everything was complete and I could proceed with my renovation of the home. However, Covid-19 came along and I had to stop all construction at the home. After a year later, I started with the renovations once again. The city of Houston permitting informed me that the scope of the work being done needs to be permitted. I pleaded with Santiago Plumbing to please assist me with this task since I was falsely informed that the permits for rough inspection were completed. I have 3 months waiting for a response from them. I regret doing business with them. I was misinformed on the idea that they had done the permits and completed the job.

I have used Houston Plumbing Services 3 times and have been super happy all 3 times. Without hesitation, I can say Leonard and Mario were honest, timely and thorough on each visit, no matter how large or small the job requirements were. The techs that came out were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They were helpful in fixing the issues and provide details and explanations. It was a late Saturday night that we called and they came quickly and within the given time frame. I would highly recommended!
