I placed a call to GEI Plumbing Services. Saturday evening where I got a live person and not voicemail. An appointment was immediately made for Monday at 8:00 a.m. where Evan and his associate came over and gave me a quote. After agreeing, a crew of two men came over an hour later and commenced the job. I've to say these guys and their service was phenomenal. I'd like to thank Evan and his associate for a job well done - and fast. Evan - you are the best!

at 7:00 PM I had a plumbing issue that had us without water for the evening if I couldn't get a plumber her quickly. All Around Plumbing was here at 9:00 and they knocked out the job promptly. I contacted them, pre-covid-19, to assist me with a residential home bathroom (update plumbing) and to relocate kitchen from one location to another (piping of new location of kitchen). I was informed that everything was complete and I could proceed with my renovation of the home. However, Covid-19 came along and I had to stop all construction at the home. After a year later, I started with the renovations once again. The city of Houston permitting informed me that the scope of the work being done needs to be permitted. I pleaded with Santiago Plumbing to please assist me with this task since I was falsely informed that the permits for rough inspection were completed. I have 3 months waiting for a response from them. I regret doing business with them. I was misinformed on the idea that they had done the permits and completed the job.

At midnight of the second night of Winter Storm Uri (day 2 of no power or heat), I awoke to dripping on my face. Mere seconds after I moved my bed away from the dripping, half the ceiling in the room collapsed onto the floor. The dripping was now a firehose, flooding my house. Frantically, I pulled up All American Plumbing in my contacts and dialed the number and prayed, even knowing it was impossible anyone would be answering this late. Richard answered; he had been up since the early morning running from emergency to emergency, and had just gotten off a job. He was over in minutes and had everything stopped in under a minute. After he got everything in order, he came back a week later to replace all the damaged piping--when nobody in Texas had plumbing supplies, he sent for them from Arizona.He wasn't running from emergency to emergency 24/7 those 2 weeks because he needed the money, he did it because he knew how many people were relying on him to save their houses and couldn't let them down.

First appointment was a no show. Second appointment, never called to give an estimate. Continually dropped the ball.
