I contacted Nick's plumbing via a Google Search and Angie's List. I needed to get a drain unclogged, and I needed to have my Tankless Water Heater serviced, as my previous plumbing service had gone out of business during the ongoing COVOD Pandemic. Nick's Plumbing was highly recommended, and I contacted them via their web chat, explaining my situations. They were able to send a plumber on a day that fit my schedule. Zach was professional, detailed, and through. He inspected and serviced the clogged drainage, and drained our Tankless Water Heater. The sink is now draining, and the rate of hot water flowing has increased, resulting in a stronger current. The cost was reasonable. I highly recommend Nick's Plumbing, and will be a regular customer.

My basement got damper and damper every time it would rain. I tried to see for my self from the outside but I could not determan the problem. I used GEI Plumbing Services in the past. I called them they gave me an estimate but at first I thought it was to high untill after I got another quote from another company. They did a great job and again I was pleased with there performance.

During the February 2021 Texas freeze, Bluefrog Plumbing helped us tremendously by locating and repairing burst pipes in the attic and walls of our home. The plumber was skilled and personable. I would use Bluefrog again.

This is a family operated business run by Mark and Donna with their son Jake. Recently, I had them take care of a problem that had been plaguing my 89 yr old parents for almost 2 years. My fix it yourself' dad just wouldn't give up. Finally, I convinced him it was time to swallow his pride and call the professionals. Wow! They came in, took care of the problem in a hurry, did it in a way that salvaged Daddy's pride and at a price that didn't sound the wallet! I can't say enough about how nice, efficient and quick this crew is. I will never call another plumbing company again!.

We have called Ben from Texas Premier Plumbing to perform a sewer inspection camera for a home that we about to buy.Ben within 15min after checking all the pipes ,located for a breakage in the sewer line.This service worth every penny!!If we wouldn’t check it ,we have bought the home and ending paying a lot of $$$ for this breakage.Highly recommended!!

I contacted them, pre-covid-19, to assist me with a residential home bathroom (update plumbing) and to relocate kitchen from one location to another (piping of new location of kitchen). I was informed that everything was complete and I could proceed with my renovation of the home. However, Covid-19 came along and I had to stop all construction at the home. After a year later, I started with the renovations once again. The city of Houston permitting informed me that the scope of the work being done needs to be permitted. I pleaded with Santiago Plumbing to please assist me with this task since I was falsely informed that the permits for rough inspection were completed. I have 3 months waiting for a response from them. I regret doing business with them. I was misinformed on the idea that they had done the permits and completed the job.

Leonard and the team saved us after the ice storm. They repaired the busted line and restored water to our home. They are responsive, honest and do great work.

I called and some man answered and I told him my problem with the AC drain and told him ( I called wed ) and told him no hurry that I was catching the water and he said we will call yo that day turs or Fri for sure and NO CALL ! SCREW THEMI have used this company for the past 35 years and NOW I AM GOING TO CALL THE CORPORATE COMPANIES. I wanted to stay with the smaller family companies that I have been comfortable with BUT I would rather pay more at this point being Hicks with their unforgivable serviceF themMom Pop business today are just plain old no good any more. M&M help me out of a terrible situation. Monday we had a different plumber do some work; replace a old tub mixer valve with a new one. After 5 hours and me discovering mistakes for them to correct we thought they were finished. I paid them and they left. I went to clean up the tub and the valve would not cut off the water and worse I found a pin hole in a joint. Water is spraying everywhere. I call X-Perts plumbing back. With on answer. Now it is 2am.Tuesday morning I called M&M plumbing. The friendly voice on the phone said he could have someone out in an hour. Right on time Keith from M&M was at my door. Very pleasant and professional young man. He went right to work. He would give me the bad possibilities but hope for the best. He was able to repair the hard to get to pin hole in minutes. Then on to the tub. This took more thought, he had to figure out what the other plumber had done wrong, in the end we believed small parts were missing. Just as he was finishing that up the bathtub drain seal broke and the tub water from upstairs began pouring out of my downstairs kitchen lights. What a nightmare. If it had to happen I am so grateful it did when Keith was here and not X-Perts. Keith was able to find the parts and installed in a timely manner. You can imagine how panic I am right now. I have already paid for one plumber and now Keith has been here 3+hours working. My husband and I were so relieved when we saw the bill. Not cheap but definitely not over price. I asked for some business card so I can pass their name around. I will use them again, wish their name would have pop up on Google when I was searching, found them under 24 hour plumbing.
