They were good, quick easy fix for them as all I needed was my toilet flush valve replaced. They fixed it in under 30 minutes and charged me $240. Was even more but he took $25. off. Only reason I didn't replace it myself was my tools were stolen a week before it broke. I needed it fixed so had to pay it or pay them $50. just for coming out and giving me a quote. Very quick but way too expensive, even if the parts cost $40. they charged me $200. for 30 minutes of work. I will never call them again for anything charging those kind of rates.

This is our 2nd time using Nick's, both experiences were great. Fernando and Armando had to work extra hard with this old bungalow in 100 degree weather but smiled the whole time completing a flawless job! I also loved I put the request in after hour and got a text at 7am, they were coming at 8.

Less than an hour after I called, Mike Harris (ID: 2627) was on his way over. Literally in about 45 minutes Mike was able to pin-point the problem, explain to my mother and I what the issue was, and then replace our entire system. Not to mention he went out of his way to also take a look at our bathroom sink. Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely be using Rotor-Rooter for any future plumbing issues.

The job I asked for was completed. But the communication between myself and the plumber was poor. The plumber had to leave twice to go to Home Depot for supplies. That said, it took longer than needed to complete the job. The plumber wasn't rude, but wasn't pleasant to talk to. I won't be calling them back in the future.

All Around Plumbing replaced my kitchen faucet today. The estimate was fair, complete and offered options for me to choose what was best for me. The work was done quickly and neatly. The faucet looks and works great! Did I mention he even my stainless steel sink? Yes he did! I will use this coma up for all of my plumbing needs and issues going forward.

I called Acacias Plumbing to replace an old water heater and to install a water filter on the main water line. I spoke with Hector and he came out to give an estimate and check the access measurements for the new water heater. He came back a few days later to install the new water heater and haul away the old water heater. They also installed the water filter. Everything went well and a month later there have been no issues and we are happy with both things that they installed. I would recommend Hector and Acacias Plumbing because they were knowledgeable, fast and professional.

I purchased a hot water heater and installed it for my Uncle who has early stage alzheimer's. The pilot light would not stay lit. I call Rheem and they sent out Brandon Smith from Hot Water Guys. He call before coming out and I explained to him about my Uncle and he was upstanding. Brandon fixed the problem. He was professional and knowledgeable of the product he was working on.

He knew that I was on a budget, so he gave me some options to help lower my costs, including allowing me buy my own toilet.
