Exspensive and insufficient would never use again

Luis with Nick's Plumbing was great. I already knew I needed a hot water tank because mine was 18+ years when it failed. Nick arrived and assessed the situation and let me know that to bring everything associated with the hit water heater up to code that the cost would be about double just a simple replacement. Although not thrilled I wanted the job done correctly and not have code violations should I sell the house down the road. Anyhow Luis was very efficient with facilitating upgrades to meet code and installation of the hot water heater. This was extremely important to me because I run a business out of my home with clients coming by and until Luis was done I had no running water. The finished job looked professionally done and Luis was professional throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Nick's Plumbing who employs courteous professional licensed plumbers like Luis.Greg Johnson

This company is only after making money from customers. Poor diagnosis of problem, took money without explaining real problem with a promise to fix it later. I followed up but no response. Worst company who duped customers when the customers are desperate for assistance - I didn’t have water for two days ! Please don’t use this company.Sir - I called you and texted you repeatedly to come again and fix the issue as you had mentioned that I need to call you back to follow-up. You didn't respond to my emails, texts, and calls. You just want to take my money and not provide any service.Another plumber came today morning and fixed the issue in 30 minutes and didn't give any excuses like you do. You are very unprofessional and just out there to charge customers without providing any service - you can't even do your basic job to correctly diagnose the problem and fix it.Worst company to hire!

Our family was very fortunate, this year, to have received a recommendation to consult with Wedgeworth Plumbing about multiple plumbing repair needs in our home. Nathan and Jason were incredibly professional, so polite and very thorough. They replaced our pipes and faucets expertly and were very meticulous. Rosa also was so kind and empathetic and was very responsive in making appointments. They even arranged the drywallers to come the same day to close up the openings. The best experience I’ve ever had with a plumbing company ever. I’m so grateful how quickly they came to fix our problems after the iconic winter storm in Texas. I totally recommend them and am so grateful to them!

We have had Erik ID 1597 previously which is the reason we requested him to take care of the problem we had with our toilet. This young man is very professional, patient and always listens to our needs providing his expertise to resolve the issues on hand. We found a leak in our bathroom and looked online to find a local plumber who could come out. I called Friday morning, they came out Friday afternoon, and started on Saturday! They were so thorough. We knew when we bought our house that it had the original plumbing from the 70s that would need updating at some point. Lucky's gave us quotes for the immediate fix that needed to be done as well as what a total repipe would be. I appreciated that they walked us through options. We went with the repipe, because we knew that would put us in a better position in the long run. I can't say enough amazing things about the quality of the work they did! With COVID, we were home the whole time they were working (probably not the most convenient for them). They were so clean, efficient, and communicative as they worked. The plumbing team was amazing; Eric, Daniel, and Broderick consistently made sure we knew what they were working on and as they found other issues, inevitable in a house this old, they walked us through options and made sure we were comfortable with everything they did. One of the things that we loved about their quote was that it included the work and repairing the sheetrock and leaving it in a paint ready condition. Manuel and his team left our house in beautiful shape! Now that we got the house painted, you can't even tell there was ever an issue. I am so grateful for the work Lucky's did. We will be customers for life.
