I thought Jose was great. He’s down to earth and a honest type of guy and I like that.

Nicks plumbing was prompt and very prepared. They fixed my plumbing leak within an hour and did excellent work. I highly recommend them.

Joseph #810 from the Houston office came to help my roommate and I fix our drains, and could not have been more helpful. He arrived on time, and got everything fixed so quickly! He explained the process, and was so glad he came so fast. If we have ever have any more issues they’ll be the first call we make!

Excellent - will be using them again. Just moved into area, called them this morning as I saw they had outstanding reviews. Emily on call was super helpful - and since our issue was urgent - was able to get us in. Called me several times (very on it). Then the tech Eric was on time, helpful and explained the issue. I will be using them again and again. Great company. BTW: also appreciated them using an N-95 mask and booties (without me asking), given what’s going on these days. Thanks Lucky’s.

It was truly refreshing to have a professional plumber that explained what was going on with our situation and went out of his way to help us with an old hot water unit. I cannot express my gratitude toward Sam. We can now shower in our bathrooms instead of using my mom’s little bathroom for a family of 4. Will definitely call them if I need a plumber in the future. They were recommended by my regular plumber that was busy on another job.

Mr Andreas was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and very clear about all repairs. Everything was explained in detail which made us very comfortable going with his company. Once the job was complete he thanked us for our business and assured us that they would be available to answer any questions and guaranteed all repairs and workmanship.

Called them to try and get my sink fixed and they were not willing to help me. They said they aren't taking on anymore customers. Will not go back to them again.
