Best A/C Maintenance in Houston TX

I reported a slow drain that I thought was past the trap and was quoted an estimate for unclogging a drain. It turned out to be a simpler fix than expected, and the tech (De'Anthony) instantly lowered the fee to cover the work performed. Gold stars!On the downside, however, their arrival window is between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm -- 10 hours. Even on the day I was scheduled, they were unable to narrow the timeframe. As a result, I was forced to stay home most of the day, waiting to hear that the tech would arrive in 30-45 minutes. That was NOT happiness—a Black mark on that practice.

We had a service time established. The service guy called & said he couldn’t make it. Advised to look on line for someone else. Good luck should you choose this company

I had a great experience with GEI Plumbing Services. They were able to come out and fix my shower quickly, and they were inexpensive. I was able to get the job done, and it was finished in one day.It wasn't until I had a problem with my sink that I realized how much of a difference having them around made—the technician who came out was really friendly, explained what he was doing, and gave me some tips on how to prevent future problems.They also did an emergency service for us when our toilet broke down, which saved us money by not having to replace the whole thing.

Texas Quality Plumbing was assigned to me through my home warranty. They have competent workers but cannot communicate with each other or the client. I have issues with my sink filling up, slow drain, and backing up into the dishwasher. new garbage disposal later, as the picture indicates, the problem remains! I had to inform the technician to run the snake and clear the line.On a separate note, even though it took about a month, I will say they did a great job with replacing my toilet.So I think it's a hit and miss with them.

I contacted Roto Rooter and received service the same day. Marty arrived and inspected my hot water heater and diagnosed the problem right away. He contacted the manufacturer of the hot water heater and found the part I needed was still under warranty. They sent the part I needed in a couple of days. After receiving the part I contacted Roto Rooter a second time to get it installed. Mario came and explained in detail what he would be doing, how long the service would take to install and advised me of other issues (once he got into performing the job) that I needed either then or in the future. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Although I as a homeowner did not like the pricing and thought it to be rather high/expensive I proceeded to let him do the job. I was most impressed with the after summary Mario provided me on how to take care of a hot water heater to keep it working and things to do yearly. Despite the pricing Mario made it worthwhile providing the valuable information and I will more than likely use Roto Rooter again!

Had a few issues at my home, Small leak in the faucet and leaking toilet so i called premier.Leo and Ben the owner showed up at my home and took care of the issue at no time.I will definitely recommend premier plumbing service to anyone.

I would highly recommend Redfin Plumbing. Uli was Amazing! I was having water pressure issues and he changed the cartridge in my shower. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Uli answered all my questions, and he did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. As a single woman, that doesn't know anything about plumbing, that was greatly appreciated. Ask for Uli, he's the best!!!

Hector and team came out to fix a few miscellaneous things from a home inspection. He was very responsive and they always call or text regarding their ETA.All the work was done properly and tested and their invoice included pictures of the work and even some before/after photos where necessary.Best of all, they're respectful of property and wear shoe coverings inside (and they remove them outside! It's pointless to wear them outside AND inside the house) and clean up after themselves.

This guy can't even keep his appointment. He wanted to epoxy my 60-year-old galvanized pipes. VERY SHADY COMPANY !!! STAY AWAY.
