He inspected my building to see if there were any leaks beneath the floor. It appeared that the floor was buckling from a possible broken pipe or water leak. He completed a thorough check and determined that I did not have a leak. Great Job

I was happy to be able to schedule a Monday appointment on the previous Friday. I liked that I received a text with the name of technician as well as what they looked like prior to arrival. These guys are great. I had Roto-Rooter do some work before, and I think I got ripped off. But NOT J.R. Plumbing! Their prices for a water heater install were totally reasonable, along with doing the work to install another hose spigot on the outside of our house.

I'm an engineer, and I really appreciated the fact that J.R. knew what he was talking about. They are a Rheem dealer and know all about the fancy new high efficiency heat-pump water heaters. If you want a real *upgrade* to your water heater then you need to call someone like J.R. that has dealt with this stuff before.

I totally recommend them and now I can say that I have a plumber that I can call whenever I need them! Thanks!

I've read through the reviews and some explained they had challenges getting through. Unfortunately, I've been calling all morning and am yet to get a live person. I would recommend investing in a part-time person that can take calls to set up appointments. We live in a fast paced world where we just don't have time to leave a message and hope someone gets back. Not being able to get a hold of a live person could be costing more than hiring a part-time person to answer calls. Just a thought.

My new water heater was installed today without a hitch. Atlanta Emergency Plumbing has always provided me with excellent service, but today was just remarkable. Nestor and Rex worked together. They were prompt, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable about their field; I had no more questions after speaking with them.
