I called based upon previous reviews and the fact that the company was 24/7. I had an issues with my water heater he stated that he would be there by 11 am and was early. Diagnosed the issue (fried water heater). Next day he helped select new heater and installed it in a timely manner. He went above and beyond to ensure that it was working properly. I would definitely use his services again.

Delta will always be my first call for plumbing and septic needs. After a two day run around by that company whose uses a color as it's name, I called Delta. Their 24/7 we'll come fix it mantra is true! I called at 2:30 PM on Saturday. Ryan, a plumber with Delta showed up less than an hour later. He laid out a game plan as to what he was going to do. He also rightfully decided to call his counterpart in the septic department just in case. Within 15 minutes, Todd showed up. They spoke briefly with me and I went over what had occurred. Todd said, I believe I know what your problem is. Your filter needs cleaning. He was right! Todd, besides being the consummate professional, is quite the character. Honest and straightforward, he actually cares about how well he does his job. Delta's slogan of The educated Plumber is spot on. Ryan and Todd are the bomb! Their rates are a bit higher but I am always willing to pay for quality service and work. These guys are QUALITY!

1. Very promp with responding to leak in my bathroom.

2. Spent the time to accurately find the reason of the leak, instead of just jumping on the first issue that might have caused it.

3. Very easy to get a hold of, and worked around my hectic schedule.

4. Day of install very prompt. Walked me trough the entire process.

Originally had work done in Feb. 2017 and the problem reoccurred. A plumber was sent out with a not so good outcome. The owner (Reggie) came out and made it right. Its great when a business owner values their customers.

Called and scheduled installation with Sharpe’s Plumbing. Was told by receptionist they will pick up toilet from home supply store. No arrival, no pick up , and no call on scheduled date. No apologies. No customer service. Not reliable.
