The gentlemen that came to fix my mother’s sink were friendly, efficient, and professional! Our sink has been overflowing and having issues for months. We finally had it looked at by Gold Standard and they truly got the job done and very well! My mother was beyond pleased and grateful for the service and the prices are very fair and doesn’t compare to exceptional customer service we received! It’s been about 2 weeks since they fixed it and our sink is still working like new! They even had a few pieces that I thought I would have to run out and get that didn’t come with the new sink I bought and they already had them! They serve the metro Atlanta area and was willing and drove down to Winder to service me! 10/10 will definitely always recommend!

Entire process from start to finish was easy, fast, friendly, high quality, and done in a very professional manner. Everyone from the sales person, to the person who did the assessment and provided the quote (Cody), to the financing (0% for 60 months), and to the gentlemen (Marcus and Zach) who did the actual installation.My AC unit stopped working on a Tuesday evening. I called Estes first thing Wednesday morning letting them know I needed my AC unit to be replaced. Estes had someone there on Thursday afternoon getting me a quote. And on Friday, they were there to install the new system.Replacing an AC unit is not fun and it is expensive. The people at Estes are very friendly and helpful. They're aware going through the process of replacing the AC unit is not an enjoyable experience and it is expensive, but they make the process as easy as possible and do not pressure you. I couldn't be more please with the work they provided.Additionally, Marcus and Zach, the gentlemen who did the actual installation of my AC unit were extremely polite, friendly and very helpful in answering all of my questions. They also did an amazing job of not leaving behind any mess. Everything was covered while they were working and shoes were covered. After they left, there was no sign that they had been there - other than the cold air pumping through the vents.Thank you Estes!

M Cary sent Ian Carby out to do an estimate on work in my kitchen and bathroom. The main work required them to turn off the full water in my condo building which is 100 years old (gently). They had to install turn off valves (5), install a new toilet and flange, new sink, new faucet, remove garbage disposal and put in new supply lines, etc. This was a 3 visit process due to tile repairs, etc. They were on time and did this on budget. Ian is the plumber, nice guy, respectful, flexible and good at communications. Michele one of the owners is great too in helping me with scheduling and getting insurance docs, etc. Lastly, there was a need to make an adjust to the water temperature - no problem Ian came right back out and handled it quickly. They are not the least expensive but they stand behind their work and I appreciate the ability to do business with a local business. Try them and make sure you ask for Ian Carby - he's the best!
