Although I did not have a pleasant experience at first with Delta, my opinion totally changed when I received phone calls from both a customer service representative then the owner. I had already scheduled another vendor to go out, but these folks fell on the sword and wanted to do what was needed to resolve the septic issue and to satisfy me as a customer. I even called him back to confirm the other vendor information was valid. Stellar team, this is what a honest company looks like to me! Thanks Delta, I will make sure I use you next time!

A great honest plumbing service company. Came and fixed my water heater. While he was fixing it he showed complete transparency on how the job was done explanation on how the water heater worked and showed me what was wrong. Fixed it.
He also came out a few days later to check up and ensure that things were working properly.

My experience with this company was exceptional from the start. Professional, knowledgeable and certified plumbers ready to serve and address my needs. They gave me options as to the best routes to take for my repairs and completed the job in a timely fashion. When you’ve got plumbing issues, you need someone quick. They exceeded my expectations and the staff were very courteous.

Ryan Brown was excellent. Despite the hour of the day (3:30am to 5:00am), he was communicative throughout the service call (inside and outside) and answered all our questions, to include those related to next steps. If/when this same event ever happened to a friend or neighbor, we would definitely recommend.....especially Ryan as the tech.

Reggie and his team have done several things at my home. Always courteous and ready to an excellent job. Very reasonable priced. When I had a break in my Water Main line, I called him and within 1 hour, he was at my house and took control of the concern.

I had a hot water heater go out at 5am on a Sunday morning and I certainly didn't think I could get service until Monday at the earliest. I called and left a voicemail on the superior phone number and I was called back by 9:30 a.m. Sunday morning and installed WITH NO AFTER HOUR CHARGE by Sunday at 4pm. That's what I call WOW SERVICE!

I called 20x looking for the service technician once I seen my appointment window had expired but no one answered and the next business day I have still yet to hear from them even tho I’ve went with a more replicable company and received service they don’t know that! James is super smart, quick, and professional. Diagnosed and repaired the first sink, and then addressed another issue and installed broken stoppers in our sink (when every other company I've called has said we could find them ourselves and refused to help), and even took a quick look at our hot water heater to let us know what model it was. I love that they wore masks and booties unprompted. Also dispatchers are super pleasant and efficient. Best service in Atlanta.
