I have tried several unsuccessful time to have the plumber return to my home to adjust the tub fixture so that I can get HOT water. The 'arm' that was replaced does not rotate completely to the left to access the hot water. No one will call me back, no one will address the issue, no one will honor their mission statement. I am truly disappointed. This is my next step, hopefully I will not have to go further.

I can home at 1am [7/15] to no AC. Trying to find a responsive HVAC contractor was difficult and frustrating. My call to A Plus was beyond a blessing. Mr. White put me at ease, explained why most companies avoid warranty work and assured me his technician could fix my issue TODAY!! Jason was so professional. He impressed my husband with his efficency and courteous demeanor (not an easy feat). In less than 45 minutes, we had cool air flowing, and an understanding of our problem. A Plus will be my go to for ALL of my HVAC and plumbing needs.

Had Charles W. come to my home to replace a tub faucet I broke during a repair. I am a former landlord and have interacted with at least 100 contractors on various projects for home maintenance. My experience with Charles was easily among the highest in satisfaction ever! Not only was the price in the same range as most others ( it beat the lowest by $50 and one plumber attempted to charge me $375 more for the same problem), he had no problem not only explaining to me the issues but also showing me the sources and how to solve them myself in the future. I will likely never call another plumber. Seriously!

The worker was very friendly and respectful - he did good work. It was a bit pricey in my opinion but the quality of the work seems very good so I am happy. I was also extremely happy with how quickly they could come after I called them. I would use them again.

Estes was a pleasure to work with! I was referred to a manager and he immediately responded to my text and we were on the phone in minutes. After that conversation, I was on the phone with a sales rep within a few hours and had a consultation/free quote scheduled for the next morning. They were honest and informative and took the fact that I was open about seeking multiple quotes very well. I had techs out the very next day to install my new unit - all wearing masks, gloves, and booties. The whole process took less than 48 hours which was much appreciated!
