Great service. Fast and responsive

I'm extremely disappointed. I made an appointment and rearranged my schedule to be present for his arrival. He never showed. My time slot was on Friday from 12-2p. At 2p I called to inquire. He ignored my call but texted stating he was on the way. Today is Sunday and I guess he is still on the way. There hasn't been any more communication.

I called so many people. Everyone was so vague about price and nobody could come today. Matt said he didn’t charge anything to check it out and would give me a set price before he did any repair and once repaired I would pay that price and nothing more. It was low on Freon 145 bucks and its blowing ice cold.

Marcus and Zech were the team that installed my new Carrier furnace and changed out the exhaust pipes. They were courteous and professional, and left the area looking neat and tidy when they were done. They explained everything, and Marcus also informed me about a service package that I might be interested in. I had heard good things about Estes, and can now confirm that based on my experience they are true!

Jon was fantastic! We had what we thought would be an impossibly expensive list of plumbing fixes after an inspection to sell our home. Not only was it very affordable, but Jon fixed only the items that were problematic and helped us understand what didn’t need fixing. The plumbing works perfectly now! Jon is also a super nice guy and made us feel so much less scared and stressed. Amazing! Don’t go to any other plumber!

I had a leak from my water pipe. I tried to do it myself but it got worse by the minute. I called Ridgeway Mechanical and they were at my house in less than an hour. They fixed it quickly and gave me some tips on things to look out for. Don’t know how they do it, but they are fast and efficient.

My water heater was spraying water everywhere and they came through for me. I used them more than once for water leaks etc. I and really liked there service. This company is highly recommended.

This guy is a big time cheat. Very arrogant, over prices customers, zero customer service. I will not recommend this guy to my worst enemy.

Out of no where, our downstairs neighbors came to tell us their ceiling is leaking water. We live in a complex over 100 years old, so I was immediately concerned about finding someone I could trust. Not knowing anyone in the city, I decided to look to Google to see what recommendations I could find for plumbers. Matt (the owner of the company) immediately picked up the phone and from then on I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Matt handled each step of the process and he was without a doubt the best tradesman (not just plumber) I’ve ever worked with. He personally came out to help when we realized some of the parts were custom and we needed other options. Keeping us apprised of each step, helping us understand what was going on and what our options were, and overall getting the job down quickly and with minimal interruption, we were lucky to have Matt and his team help with our home. If you need a plumber, call Matt. Hands down, worth every dollar.

I had a terrific experience. I bought an Angie's list coupon to have a Kohler toilet installed for $405 (includes price of the toilet). I love this special because I don't have to go buy and lug a toilet home myself. G Force called me within an hour to schedule an appointment. Mitch showed up exactly when promised. He carefully wrapped and removed the old toilet, then showed me where the flange & brackets had broken (I had suspected this since old toilet leaked). He was able to fix then install the new toilet. He made sure to seat it properly so no wobble and caulked to hide where the linoleum had been cut around the old toilet. Looks perfect! He then fixed my 2nd toilet to stop water from running intermittently by replacing a seal. Everyone I've dealt with at G Force has been friendly and courteous and I always feel I'm getting honest answers and prices.
