This is my 2nd review of Morningside Plumbing. Today is December 28, 2018 and when I called MP on Christmas Day and left a VM about the leaky pipes under the kitchen sink cabinet, MP called me RIGHT BACK! Of course, they promised to come out as soon as they reopened; and so they did, indeed. And what to my wondering eyes should appear . . . but (no, not Santa) but Steve and Greg to save the day. They are both very professional, paid close attention to details and replaced OLD, worn-out pipes with new, modern, durable and reliable ones, installed a new kitchen sink faucet AND a shower head in the BR, as well. They were efficient, clean, thorough and very personable. I am so grateful to live in Mid-town where there are established businesses like Morningside Plumbing to attend to all of our plumbing concerns. Thanks again, Morningside Plumbing . . . I'll continue to recommend you to friends and neighbors when they need an excellent plumber.

February 23, 2019: Morningside Plumbing to the RESCUE again! Thanks to JOSH WALDEN, who was very generous with his Saturday. I called at 11:00 AM . . . and he drove all the way to ATL from REAL far away . . .and got here as quickly as he could. With equipment and skill and expertise he conquered the problem and drove off into the sunset. Not really, it was midday and overcast and the sun wasn't setting. Nonetheless, I have been a loyal and happy Morningside Plumbing customer for a long time and I heartily recommend them to anyone looking for excellent plumbing services.

Your technician took the tipe and kept me informed throughout the entire repair and showed me all of the possible issues with my leak.He communicated wellwith me and my insurance representative and provided us with a written estimate before biggining the work.There were no hidden or surprising charges and I will definitely recommend your company to my family and friends.

Atlantis appointment scheduled within a few days. Roby and coworker (didn't catch his name) showed up exactly when they said they would, texted when they were on the way. When they couldn't solve my problem they referred me to someone who could, and didn't charge me a service fee. They were professional, courteous, honest- the best service experience I can recall having in recent memory. Would 10/10 recommend!!

James was awesome! Very professional and explained everything that was happening from start to finish. He identified the problem right away and stayed late to complete repair, then stayed even later to clean up (down to washing dirt off driveway). Got service same day and invoice was exactly as the estimate. Highly recommend.

Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

Had them do a leak on my first floor first time, Mike did a great job in fixing the leak. This time our sump pump stop working in our basement, so we called for an estimate. Worry about price, we asked for estimate and it was right on spot fair charge. Nick and Nick came to our home, called us when near, arrived prepare area and cover the rug to the bathroom and back door. Both did the job in an hour and a half. Put in the motor we liked with a quiet valve. Cleaned up the area. These guys were so experience we were impressed on how good they work together and got the job done in such a time. They were great, and we will always use them from now on. No games, no price hike, no excuses, this is a good company and they do the job right. Thank you for your service, we are very happy.
