Other local companies never got back to me. Jon immediately returned my call. We made an appointment on when he would come to my house (actual time not a 4-hour window). Jon is personable and professional; he really knows plumbing. He was able to explain to me everything he would do (and why) and quoted me a great price. His work and attention to detail is top notch. I will definitely be using GTB Plumbing again.

He was exceptionally knowledgeable, courteous, and honest. He fixed the bathroom sink at a fair price and explained everything he was doing. He also explained that the rumbling sound with the toilet was likely not related to a back-up or clog and didn't concern him.
