I wanted to replace my aging hot water heater and contacted many vendors. The bigger brand plumbing companies quoted outrageous prices after giving me a 4-hour window of when they might arrive. Other local companies never got back to me. Jon immediately returned my call. We made an appointment on when he would come to my house (actual time not a 4-hour window). Jon is personable and professional; he really knows plumbing. He was able to explain to me everything he would do (and why) and quoted me a great price. His work and attention to detail is top notch. I will definitely be using GTB Plumbing again.

Thank you Mr. Rooter. Your technician Lee Blackburn was on time and very professional. He was able to correctly diagnose the orgin of a water leak, when two other plumbing companies fail to find the exact location of the leak in our basement.

We had a major problem on Saturday. We scheduled a 3-4 slot. They weren’t able to come due to the weather....BUT...they were worth the wait! Ramon and Teuke were the best! Diagnosed and fixed all of the problems. I’ll be calling again. Thanks Guys!!!!
