Jontell created a mess in my home and my problem returned 2 days later and we weren't able to reach him when it did. Just go with an actual company and save your time and money!

Reschedules at last minute with no notice. Had an appointment between 2-4 on a Thursday. Canceled at 3pm the day of my appointment.

Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

So grateful that today these experts traced the problem and within 2 hours had us back in business. Also the charge was very reasonable compared to other friends in my same HOA community. Appreciate your professionalism and kindness.

Excellent company. They fixed a bunch of minor plumbing issues I had in under an hour's work time and returned promptly when I later realized there was another issue. The prices were very fair and a good bit cheaper than a competitor's bid. Highly recommend.

They were very profesional very clean and courteous . All worked performed done in a timely fashion, It's nice to see old fashion customer service. Will use them again and recommend them in a hot second.

We called Friday afternoon to advise of a water leak, we were told at 4:15 Friday afternoon by their on call plumber that he was on the way and was about 45 minutes away. We called several times on his cell phone and the guy never even answered the call.We had never used them before and will never ever contact them and I suggest the same for anyone seeing this review to do the sane! I usually use the google ratings but this company is a joke! I gave 1 star because i had to in order to post this but they are a definite zero in my book!

We ordered a new dishwasher from Home Depot, but the delivery people immediately said they were unable to install it for us. We called Fix & Flow, and they had someone out to our house a few hours later. They were able to install the dishwasher no problem, and since we were also having longstanding issues with one of our toilets, they brought a new commode with them too and installed it while they were here. Both installations took only a couple of hours combined, and not only are we very happy with the work, Chad was incredibly friendly and professional the entire time. We'll recommend Fix & Flow to anyone who'll listen!

Gabriel did an excellent, professional job at my residence. He resolved my kitchen drain issue and also made a good suggestion to place a better control on my home water pressure. All was done in a friendly and timely manner. I’ll keep their number handy to contact in the future.

Tankless water heater installation. Quickly responsive to initial inquiry, fairly priced, on time, left everything perfectly clean, and importantly, communicative. Really, really good crew. Highly recommend.

This guy is the absolute worst. Do not use this company. He called my wife about the plumbing issue then asked me how I got his number after we talked the day before. Long story short he told me to get another plumber. Lol...Absolutely terrible and horrible customer service.

Cole was awesome. He showed up on time, explained to me what he needed to do and how long it would take, then made the repair quickly. He also made sure I understood what needed to be done afterwards and even showed me how to turn my water off and on at the street. I really appreciated his quick work and kindness towards me.

I have used this company three different times. Each time I am more impressed than the last. I have had a walk in shower installed, a bidet, and a handicap bar in my bathroom as well as a pedistal sink which increased the value of my home. This company was very reasonably priced and great customer service. Ten thumbs up!!!

Called, talked to an actual person (not a voicemail), scheduled same-day service. Alan arrived a couple hours later and resolved electric water heater issue within an hour. Very pleased (especially after a few dead-end calls to other plumbers).
