Greg Richards, the service manager who came out, did an excellent job in re-routing my gas line in my 100-year-old kitchen so I could be ready for a new stove to be installed in a new location. Greg was incredibly professional, polite, friendly, informative and highly skilled. It was an excellent experience in an overall renovation experience that had been very stressful to lme.

Scott at Plumbpros came to figure out where a sewage smell was leaking into our bathroom. Of course, the smell was not present when he was there, so he could not immediately determine the source. The only option seemed to be a smoke test that would have cost hundreds of dollars, would not guarantee that source would be found, and would not include the cost of fixing the problem. All hope seemed lost before Scott, using his super powers of investigation asked when the last time the master bath had been used. The answer was at least 2 years. Scott bet his mother's life that p-trap was dry and the smell was leaking in through there. We ran some water through the tube and the smell has not come back. We were not charged a penny for his visit. Scott at Plumbpros saved us hundreds of dollars and fixed the awful smell in our bathroom. I highly recommend calling Plumbpros for your plumbing needs.

Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

So grateful that today these experts traced the problem and within 2 hours had us back in business. Also the charge was very reasonable compared to other friends in my same HOA community. Appreciate your professionalism and kindness.

I highly recommend Chen Plumbing. We used their services twice, and both projects were done very well and on time. The last job was quite extensive. They had to replace main sewer line, which required busting a section of the driveway and digging 8 ft deep to get to the connection. Tim and his crew completed this job in less than two full days, and that's including permits and inspection. The guys were always friendly and polite, communicated throughout the process, and left the site neat and even compacted the excavated areas. Their attention to detail was highly appreciated. We are very happy and will be absolutely using Chen Plumbing again!

Have always found Atlanta Plumber Repair, Inc great. Very reliable, they do a brilliant job fast and their customer service is excellent. They are not the cheapest but they are worth every penny!

I contacted PlumbPros for a water leak in the tubing around my shut-off valve. My appt was set for 8am and the Plumber arrive on time. He told us of stories of people having them dig a hole then stiffing them for the bill so he stated 400.00 just to look into the water and examine the pipe, when their website offers free estimates..with no water we agreed to the 400.00 initial repair, once he looked at the valve he said 950.00 to repair, then he left, said he could not find the small tube and wanted to dig the yard up for 2,400.00. I advised him I could search the part and go retrieve the part on my own so I google the part, the average price range was from $8.00-23.00 . I advised him that this was Atlanta, a big city and I could find the part online. I called a Plumbing supplier, the first one I called had the part and I allowed the supplier to speak to him. All of a sudden, the part was on his boss truck so he claimed. This was simply robbery it too him about 45mins to place the valve. However, he closed off the owners valve. The water dept tech advised we were not to use their valve to shut the water off, the man hole covering was missing and the customer shut off valve was non existence anymore. I called the technician back, he did replace the shut off valve and recreated a customer side..but why should I have to go through this after paying an absorbent price of 950.00 but took advantage of the 10%off making my bill 855.00 for a 45min job done incorrectly. If you used this Plumber make sure you get a break down of the cost. He also left my electrical cord on top of the ground, didn't bother to rebury it. I know that I was totally over charged, no itemization of charges on invoice, sloppy work had to be redone..for this reason I will not use them again. I hope the work he did will hold up under their 90 day warranty...Over pricing is terrible for any customer.
