By far the customer service, professionalism, and very knowledgeable. The care that the owner Mr. White, took with fixing the heating and cooling system in the time that he did, helped our family not having to take cold showers in the winter, or burn up in the summer. I have called on his company many times and he show the same service each time. Plus it doesn't hurt that his smile warms the room as well. His team is awesome, great leadership. Thank you Mr. White and the team for your help.

Left a mess after finished. Dryer vent and other pipes were left disconnected and not reinstalled. After returning to clean up and reconnect items properly. He never apologized for this inconvenience.

Not overall happy with RotoRooter services, definitely will not be using them again. RotoRooter is a one of those big plumbing companies that don't actually care about customers. Better to go with a local plumbing/mitigation company.

Steve T and Chadwick R came out, a little before the time they said they would be there, a big plus. They did the work quicker then Steve had said it would take. They even took a min to say hello to our dogs, which calmed down and enjoyed them being in the house.
The work was done very well.
We did find additional leaks that we didn't know about. So when we are ready to take care of those, we will be calling Steve back to do the repair.
Overall it was a good experience.

We have a maintenance agreement and we are extremely pleased with the service. We love being able to know that our heating and cooling is always working properly. Today, we had two technicians (Adrian and Sherman) come to complete some work and they were amazing. They were professional, arrived on time (with a call 30 minutes prior to let us know they were on their way), and completed the work efficiently and effectively. Great job and highly recommended.Update: We had an issue with our cooling system and it was such a headache but we had 3 people who really knew what they were doing and ensured we were able to get up and running with a new system and back to staying cool. Thank you to Barry for coming out to thoroughly assess our issues and for Marcus and RJ for the great install/repair and explanation of what was going on. Great work!

Made my plumbing problems worse!

Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

So grateful that today these experts traced the problem and within 2 hours had us back in business. Also the charge was very reasonable compared to other friends in my same HOA community. Appreciate your professionalism and kindness.
